Très bon séjour, 10 euros pour avoir le petit déjeuner en room service c'est quand même abusé.

The service from the staff, and cleanliness were very good. The breakfast also was very good. We loved how close the hotel was to the center of the old city and the train station.
Our main complaint is that the bed was VERY very firm and the pillows did not offer enough support.
While everything was very clean, it was noticeable that there are some renovations needed in the building especially in the pool/spa area. For this reason I feel that I overpaid slightly for our room.

Personnel aimable et disponible. Ménage impeccable. Chambre sur cour agréable et en parfait état. La climatisation est capricieuse (elle s'arrête en pleine nuit, il est nécessaire de la remettre en route manuellement). Belle piscine et jacuzzi très appréciables. Nous ne regrettons pas d'avoir choisi cet hôtel à Dijon proche des points d’intérêts et des transports de la ville.

Bon hôtel, qualité prix correct. Bon petit déjeuner, excellents café et thé. Spa agréable, piscine à l'intérieur. Parking privé hors du bâtiment. Chambre correcte, mais petite avec lit un peu dur. Bonne douche avec produits de Rituals. Très bonne location à moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre (Halles, Palais des Ducs, ...)

Schönes Hotel mit sehr sauberen Zimmer. Der Spa bereich ist sehr klein. Das Pool ist nicht sehr gross aber super zum baden. Der Wirlpool ist schön und warm. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet. Wc und Bad waren bei mir getrennt.

Agréable séjour de 2 nuits au sein de cet hôtel. Il est très bien situé, à deux pas de la gare et à 5 minutes du centre ville. L'accueil est professionnel et la chambre agréable.
J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'espace bien-être avec sa piscine et le jardin bucolique; c'est un chouette endroit pour se ressourcer.

Chambre confortable, mais pas au niveau d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le personnel semblait inexpérimenté, la chambre n'était pas prête à 15 heures. Le petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité, je pense notamment aux œufs brouillés qui ont l'air d'être de la poudre d'œuf réhydratée. Dans l'ensemble, decue.

We only stayed one night on the way home through France. Best room & service of our trip, on arrival very helpful staff on reception, room upgrade was fab & breakfast plentiful.

Nice old style hotel with easy access to the 1st floor by elegant old open stairs (as well and lift) Right beside the station and streetcars/trams out front. The city gate just 5 minutes away and the town centre is right there. Comfortable sleep.

très bon accueil pour cet hôtel de chaine avec un accès parking (payant) très sécurisé et pratique. les chambres sont de taille correcte mais la gestion de la température de la chambre a été légèrement compliquée bonne literie et douches de qualité. déco à revoir

ホテルスタッフの方が素晴らしく、こちらのわがままな要望にも応えてくれて嬉しかったです。
朝食会場でも皆がてきぱき働いていたので好感が持てました。
ホテルは昔の良さも残した良い作りだったと思います。カードキーの磁気が弱いのか、一緒に行った同僚のカードキーがうまく働かず交換が必要になりました。そんなに不便なことではありませんでしたが、悪かった点として挙げます。
バスで行くとホテル前道路が路面電車用のため乗り入れできないので注意が必要です。

Short level walk from rail station and only slightly longer walk past Darcy Garden and thru triumphal arch to town centre. Courtyard garden contains a (covered) pool, spa, sauna and gym. Staff helpful and friendly and excellent tips for city centre - including he REAL Dijon moutard (i.e. not Maille!). Rooms (well ours anyway!) clean, Tidy and sufficiently spacious. Typical Euro hotel breakfast in light room over looking garden.

Ideale Lage, nahe Bahnhof und Altstadt. Freundliche kompetente Bedienung. Zimmer eher klein aber ruhig (wir konnten bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen). Frühstück: Buffet mit reichhaltigem Angebot, gemäss internationalem Businesshotel Standard (es fehlen aber frische Baguette und frisch gepresster Orangensaft), in einem nicht sehr ansprechenden Raum.

We had reserved a deluxe room and hoped for a good experience. However it was not and good experience at all. The pool area is very dangerous and despite taking every caution and noting the signs, I slipped and fell. I hurt my wrist, back and hip and it was very traumatic and painful. The staff was apologetic and offered me ice. However I feel I should have been given a discount of some sort. It was extremely upsetting and for the price we paid for a deluxe room, I felt they should have considered a discount. Very disappointing and still very bruised and sore.
