The entire experience was excellent. The staff were incredible - helpful and kind all the time. We stayed a considerable time. Staying 7 nights December 2023 and going back for 2 nights in January to connect with flights. The 2 rooms we tried were olde worlde and beautifully appointed and clean. The food was delightful. The location very central with a fabulous view of the lake. However, if we were to pick one thing it would be the excellent level of service; these wonderful people 'tied themselves in knots' to help us out.

Quel bel hôtel ! Un petit bijou à Genève au bord du lac. Les chambres sont uniques, le restaurant est un de mes préférés à Genève
