J’ai découvert Ara Chocolat il y a quelques semaines, pour le plus grand plaisir de mes papilles ! Cette boutique est une vraie pépite au cœur du 9e arrondissement. Les chocolats sont délicieux, à la fois subtils, fins et gourmands. Le chocolat chaud au praliné est une caresse douce et réconfortante. L’accueil est toujours souriant et chaleureux. Un endroit où rime plaisir et excellence. Merci d’exister ! ????

If your are seaeching a true taste of chocolate and hot chocolate then this is the place for you.
The most impprtant it is 100% vegan so its nothing to fear about.

This place is a hidden gem. I went with my son to try the hot chocolate. The gentleman working there informed us he could prepare hot chocolate and hazelnut hot chocolate. We tried both. Both were really good. My son liked the hazelnut one more which in my opinion was a really good option for a kid.
We got chocolate infusion for home which is a mixture of chocolate and rooibos tea. Also a bar with roses.
Prices are high, but well worth the quality.

We absolutely loved this chocolate shop! Even though we arrived shortly before closing, the owner was so friendly and eager to teach us about the beans. We loved the frozen hot chocolate and can’t wait to try the bars. So cool that it’s vegan and sourced directly — and you can’t top the flavor or texture.

A must stop for chocolate lovers in Paris! As a bonus, everything is vegan. It’s a bean to bar model and everything is so good. My girlfriend and I had iced hot chocolates. Usually iced hot chocolates are too sweet and rich, but this was a perfect flavor. Quenched our thirsts and our sweet teeth. We also got some chocolates to go. The service was great too. Very friendly. Recommend to all!

Popped in here while wandering towards Montmartre and I’m so glad we did! The shop assistant was very friendly and let us try some samples of their chocolate - it was very tasty but unfortunately a little out of our price range. It seemed like real bean-to-bar stuff, so I get why! Anyway what we did get was a hot chocolate and a chocolate ice lolly. The hot chocolate was amazing - honestly I think the best one I’ve ever had. It was so deep and rich, with just the right level of sweetness. I still dream of it. I absolutely recommend coming here if you’re in the area!

Quelle belle expérience au Ara du chocolat !
La dégustation était tout simplement superbe : non seulement on s’est régalés, mais on a aussi appris plein de choses passionnantes sur le chocolat, son histoire, ses saveurs, et sa fabrication.
C’est à la fois gourmand et enrichissant, et franchement, on ne peut pas repartir les mains vides après avoir goûté à d’aussi bon chocolat !
Un grand merci pour ce moment chaleureux, et surtout pour la belle personne que vous êtes.

Tout simplement la meilleure chocolaterie de Paris et qui plus, réellement éthique et accueillante. UN BONHEUR ABSOLU ce chocolat, et non, je ne suis pas d'accord, ce n'est pas cher pour la qualité. Comparez avec les chaînes de chocolatiers, les prix et la qualité (Ducasse pas des briques, faux-jeton, etc.) : ça n'a RIEN à voir ! Merci à ARA CHOCOLAT de nous offrir ces merveilles pour des papilles en fête, le plaisir du partage et le moral ! J'aime particulièrement les tablettes de 80, 90, 100% (une dinguerie).

Bien qu’un peu chères, les tablettes de chocolat 70 à 100% de cacao sont exceptionnelles!!!
Je suis devenue adicte depuis que je connais Ara! Je ne peux plus me passer de mon carré de chocolat en fin de repas!
Le chocolat chaud vaut le détour également!
Bravo pour la qualité et le savoir faire!

Cosy place; their hot chocolate is the best I have had, pure chocolate, no milk and cream, tastes incredible. Its perfect for a rainy Paris afternoon. Bonbons are experimental and good too.
