El personal lo mejor del hotel, todos muy amables. Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas pero limpias y acogedoras. Tienen servicio de café gratuito durante todo el día, algo que se agradece cuando regresas de todo el día caminando. El desayuno muy completo, con zumo de naranja natural algo que se ofrece en pocos hoteles

Visit did not start well with very poor welcome. You fully understand that rooms in central Paris will be on the small side and pricey but when you get a welcome with indifference then it makes it seem worse.

Things improved when we got to meet Karim on the front desk a couple of days later who was very friendly and helpful.

A reasonable hotel at reasonable price with breakfast. A great front desk person in Karim.

Note to Accor ....please make sure all front desk staff are as helpful here...

Location is easy to walk to main Paris attractions. But only when night time cannot see hotel very clear as light not enough.

Bonjour
Ce n'est pas contre l hotel et les salariés qui font leur travail mais ses contre votre service réclamation et votre plateforme qui vont que depuis des semaines je suis dans l attente d un remboursement.

Séjour dans une chambre a l'odeur nauséabonde sans aucune proposition de remplacement ni de solution, aucune empathie a l'accueil pour l'écoute du problème , chambre humide, sombre et a la limite de la salubrité. Acceuil et Réception inexistant . La chambre a été changée de 308 a 108 en arrivant en voyant que la chambre était destinée à un jeune qui ne dirait rien , aucune explication fournie à la réception. Extrêmement déçu de la prestation alors que je voyage avec exclusivement ds les hôtels du groupe Accor .

We arrived at Gare du Nord, it was a 20 minute walk to hotel. There was some work taking place in front of the hotel improving the the public realm. It did not affect us at all but it looks as if the area is going to be very attractive. The area itself has many restaurants and bars nearby. They always busy and yet the hotel itself was very tranquil. You ring a bell to gain entry and we were met by Karim who is a credit to the hotel.
Hotel rooms are on the small side but adequate for short stays. Breakfast was all you needed and there is coffee 24/7 and a cool water machine for chilled and sparkling water. Highly recommend.

Ideal location for a short stay. Rooms are a little on small side. But remember you are in central Paris. What you get are comfortable beds, good breakfast options, coffee and water 24/7. Clean room and public areas and great staff. Big shout out to Karim. Very friendly and professional

Avoid until utility construction in front is complete. Noisy and an interruption if you like peace and quiet in your room to sleep in or to work.

Chambre petite mais agréable
Gros bémol la salle de bain avec rideau de douche et moquette au sol dans la chambre.
Sérieusement en 2025 niveau hygiène on fait beaucoup mieux.
L'accueil est tes agréable et l'hôtel est bien situé.

Hotel recentemente rinnovato, è in una posizione perfetta per visitare a piedi buona parte del centro di Parigi; è comunque a pochi minuti da diverse fermate della metropolinata che servono più linee. Il quartiere è molto bello, con molti negozi e locali e vicinissimo a diversi passages storici! La camera è stata funzionale per un soggiorno di sei notti; ottima qualità del sonno. Avendo prenotato con un buon anticipo, il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato eccezionale! La colazione è essenziale ma completa, sono a disposizione gratuitamente bevande e snack tutto il giorno. Il personale è cordiale e presente h24.

Hôtel bien situé à proximité des grand boulevards. Les chambres sont petites mais bien équipées et très propres. Petit déjeuner assez complet en buffet.

My 5 star review is based on price point. We got 50% off a second room bringing the price to $300 for two rooms. They gave us the top floor with two rooms across the hall and only two rooms. It was basically a suite and perfect for a family. The rooms were smallish, but the beds were decent and the rooms were clean.||Breakfast was included and excellent. Staff were top notch and very helpful||I'm giving 5-stars for location, but let me say more. It's a busy area and not the cutest - very urban and not as much character, but it's hoping with restaurants and bars. It's walkable to almost everywhere and there are several Metro lines within a short walk. Looking back, I would have stayed in Place de la Republique. It's a little less central, but the area has more character. ||Overall, no regrets and a great value.

Difficile de se brosser les dents à ce prix là c’est difficilement entendable

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji. Bardzo dobre śniadania i bardzo miła oraz pomocna obsługa. Pokoje jak na wielkość bardzo przestronne i czyste. Wygodne materace oraz darmowa kawa/herbata w lobby przez cały czas.

Très bon emplacement. Services et prestations de bonne qualité( très bon petit déjeuner). Chambres un peu petites mais très confortables tout comme la douche assez petite. On est à Paris ????
L'équipe est quant à elle adorable et aux petits soins. Un bon séjour !

The Hotel Ibis Styles canceled reservation without any reason, however, the reservation from the booking com was confirmed. We stayed at 11:00pm outside the hotel, without rooms, with two kids. The management of the hotel is awful. They’re not responsible for nothing and didn’t offer us alternative variants. Be careful with this Hotel.

Husband and I had a lovely stay. Room was a good size but from past experiences they can also be very small depending on which room gets allocated to you. Our room was very nice, clean and bathroom well-sized too. Biggest +++ was the location and the breakfast. Really enjoyed the fresh fruit, egg station and mini crepes every morning.
Staff were nice and accommodating too.
