I am well aware that these desserts are made with reduced sugar. But the taste just wasn't there. Not sweet and fresh enough. These desserts are not made on site but made frozen in advance. So this eclair looked a bit out of shape in the display counter. I should have trusted my instinct and walked away.
Unless you suffer a chronic illness and crave for a healthy version of your guilty pleasures, their desserts may be your answer. But if you want an authentic paris brest eclair, this is definitely NOT it.

항상 건강한 음식을 찾아먹고 혈당 관리를 하기에 저당 디저트를 즐겨 먹는데 우연히 발견해서 찾아간 베이커리. 모든 디저트의 재료가 클린하고 GI 지수가 낮아서 혈당 스파이크 걱정 없이 즐길 수 있었다. 솔직히 맛은 크게 기대하지 않았는데 주문한 플랑은 일반 플랑 못지 않게 맛있었고 살짝
덜 달다고 느껴지긴 했지만 정제 설탕이 들어가지 않았는데 이 정도면 정말 맛있는 것 같다. 종류도 많고 사장님도 친절하셔서 단골될 것 같다!

Oh oui! This is my absolute favorite pastry place in Paris. Their low-glycemic pastries are incredible, you genuinely can’t tell the difference between their éclairs and a traditional one. And it’s not just the éclairs; every pastry and cookie I’ve tried has been just as amazing. It’s the perfect spot for indulging in sweets without the guilt!
The only downside? The place is tiny, with just a small counter that can fit maybe two people. I really wish they had a larger space where you could sit down and enjoy a pastry with a sugar-free almond cappuccino.
I truly hope they expand to New York, there’s definitely a market for high-quality, low-glycemic pastries. If they ever consider opening a location, I’d be more than happy to partner with them. Love it, love it! ❤️

Edit en réponse : oui les gâteaux étaient empilés dans la boîte. C'est-à-dire 3 en bas et 1 au-dessus qui a écrasé ceux en dessous.
