Good location but the staff and service are ABHORRENT. The beds are really uncomfortable and the elevator doesn’t work - be prepared to carry everything to the 6th floor

This is a great little boutique hotel. Only 25 rooms, but they punch above their weight in terms of the quality of service you get. We stayed in one of the terrace rooms on the top (6th) floor. It was a very small room, but the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was strong, and the view was fantastic, including the top part of the Eiffel Tower just over the building tops. ||We got the continental breakfast included. Lots of croissants, coffee, OJ and yogurt with jams. Same if you get it in room or in the little basement cafe. ||The stairs are a little tricky but there is an elevator. It is, mind you, comically small. But it is modern and with so few room we never had to wait for it. ||The location in the 6th arrondissement is almost impossible to beat. Walking distance to every major attraction in Paris. Tons of fantastic cafes all around the neighbourhood. ||We would recommend to anyone.

A única coisa boa é a localização

Tem ar condicionada , mas eles não ligam , com muita briga eles ligaram de dia , e no meio da noite desligavam .
Fiquei três dias e os três dias foram desse jeito , acordava com o quarto super abafado e o ar desligado , descia na recepção e cada dia foi uma desculpa diferente . Por fim dormimos com a janela aberta que dava de frente para outro quarto .
Elevador mini dos mini cabe 3 malas pequenas e um pessoa
E é usado para serviço e hóspedes
Resumindo se você ainda assim pensar em se hospedar lá
Se certifique que terá direito ao ar condicionado e vá preparado para se estressar com o mau humor dos funcionários.

Excellent location, but the room was so dirty when we arrived. Staff were rude and clearly couldn't be bothered with us. Despite check in being 3, we were told to go away for an hour and a half and come back while they cleaned the room. Given the attitude of staff, we asked to complain and we were told 'you can do that tomorrow.' Not what I expected from the Saint Germain area and completly unacceptable, especially for the price paid. It is evident that they are relying on the area for business, and certainly not their customer service or value for money. Genuinely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

My stay was January 2024, but I was unable to select this date. My daughter and I had a wonderful two night stay. We had a room on the top floor with a balcony, and views to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is in a fantastic location, walkable distance to everywhere and in a neighbourhood that felt very safe for two female travellers. A walk back along the Seine, after an Eiffel Tower late night ascent, was magic. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. It was handy to be able to leave our luggage after check out, as we had a late flight. The hotel is very close to the metro straight to Charles De Gaulle Airport. I highly recommended Hotel Le Regent. We had such a lovely stay that we have booked again for next January.

Great location, incredible value for money and the service was great. We left our bags with the very attentive host and made our way to the Louvre with in 10/15 minutes on foot. The area in the late afternoon and evening is buzzing! So many local French traditional bistros that all seemed busy! Very close to the Odeon metro stop, 3/4 minute walk away and Notre Dame is only 6 minute walk.

Great sized bathroom with an amazing walk in shower. The room is a great size and we were street size and it had the windows that were fully openable to the street, great for soaking up the atmosphere outside and fresh air!

Will be staying here again!

I had such a good stay at the hotel. Excellent location and was there for almost 6 nights in two rooms- single and deluxe. The front staff is so kind and so hospitable. I don't know her name but a lady checked me in during the morning and she is so good natured, always with a smile. Highly recommended.

すごくノートルダム寺院、ルーヴル、モノプリも近く立地良し、通りの雰囲気も良くお洒落なお店や日本料理店が多い。何より疎い英語でもスタッフは親切にしてくれました。5泊のステイでしたが良い旅になりました！ありがとうございました！

1 Woche vor Anreise hatten wir in der Familie einen Trauerfall, der sich vorher schon angekündigt hatte. Wir nahmen daher etwa 2 Wochen vor Anreise Kontakt zu dem Hotel auf und wollten die Reise verlegen. Das Hotel konnte uns leider gar nicht entgegenkommen und kassierte das volle Geld für keine Leistung. Es wurde immer auf den Manager hingewiesen und dass wir einen Rückruf erhalten werden. Nach Telefonatsversuchen im zweistelligen Bereich hatten wir es dann aufgegeben. Ich finde das unverschämt! Wir wären zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt gerne gekommen, auch natürlich gegen einen Aufpreis für die Umstände.

The location is truly amazing. St Germain is a lovely part of Paris and the hotel is an easy walk from Notre Dame, the Seine and most of the museums and buildings that are on the 'must see' list. The hotel is surrounded by streets packed with incredible cafes and restaurants. You are spoilt for choice when it comes to food and drink. I can strongly recommend 'Chez Papa's Jazz Club' for it's food and entertainment. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel's shared spaces are immaculate. The room we had was clean and comfortable, however, the bathroom was a let down. Crumbling decor and black mould around the shower. It was surprising given the good state of the rest of the hotel.

The staff is absolutely amazing. Breakfast was perfect. The rooms are smaller than if you're used to American hotels. We had everything we needed. Absolutely loved it.

Great location with a very clean room and a very comfortable bed, but what gives this hotel a 5 star rating is the staff. It was our first day of vacation and jet lagged, my wife slipped and fell on the stairs. The staff was very quick to help and could not have been more kind. They were a true example of how sweet and nice French people are.
Thank you for saving our trip.
