Wonderful hotel, the rooms have everything you need, comfortable beds and pillows, kettle, nice fluffy towels and robes. I loved my stay here. Convenient to metro, easy walking distance from most attractions, lots of restaurants, pharmacies, grocery shops. Couldn't ask for more. The staff are exceptional, in interacting with all of them, there was a common politeness, always eager to help and friendly. The breakfast is lovely and you would be hard pressed not to find something to your taste. Highly recommended gem! ????

Very disappointed with my stay this time. The carpet in the room was not cleaned. We received a towel that had hair already on it. The toilet overflowed it was addressed quickly to clear the line. However, housekeeping did not remove the wet towels or mop. The front desk clerk removed the towels for me. Upon leaving the hotel and returning the toilet was backed up again. There was also something stuck to the curtain. Very disappointing as we have stayed at the hotel several times before.
