Very happy with what I paid. Travelling for work and came a few days early to have a weekend in Paris. This hotel is cheaper and better than the one work booked. Would happily stay again. No extras though i.e restaurant/bar but great for a no fuss restaurant. Not right next to the major sights but if you have been to Paris before and want something less touristy this is great.

Pour le petit déjeuner 16.20€ à rajouter ok mais on me prélève en plus 42.40€ pour taxe.De vrai escroc voleur .Je ne recommandé pas .

Location is handy with just a walking distance to Metro Line 5 and 10. It is also very handy if you come from Gare De Lyon as it is only 3 stops away from the station. A lot of eating places and grocery shops in the area. A couple of supermarkets is also nearby. However, due to its central location and close to a police HQ and hospital, be prepared to the sirens from the police & ambulance.||The room was a bit cramped, but still ok to move around. Bed & bedding were comfy and the bath was nice addition. Otherwise, the other amenities were pretty minimal. Staff were friendly and helpful.||I would have rated this stay a 5, if the lift was not broken on the last day of the stay. We stayed on the 5th floor, with 2 wheeled luggages, therefore we needed to hand carry them when checking out.||We did carry these luggages throughout Paris Metro, so we were fine with stairs. Also the lift could also be broken anytime, so it was okay. However, the staff or management should've been more proactive by offering help or giving compensation due to the inconvenience.

I recently enjoyed a three-night stay at Hotel Orphée. I liked my room, which was clean, not too small, and had an impressive view. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety. We found our other meals close by at places that were both affordable and satisfying. |But the real standout for me was the staff. They went well beyond what might be expected, including when I had a minor emergency and no idea how to handle it. I can't say enough about how helpful they were!

Good location and cozy bed! Breakfast bar was also very nice. However, the bathroom doesn't have a ventilation function, so the moisture doesn't go away after showering and there's a lot of mold on the inside walls of the shower room.

Excelente hotel en una zona no tan céntrica, pero muy bien conectada con transporte público. La verdad que los precios nos parecieron muy razonables por ser París, y los servicios que brindan sumado a la atención del staff, realmente es excelente, muy conformes con nuestra elección.

The hotel is gorgeous - beautifully designed and decorated.

The staff were incredibly patient and helpful and willing to assist with whatever we needed - this was greatly appreciated!

Rooms are quite small so if you have a 1 or more large suitcases, you might need to move your luggage around.

Otherwise the room and bathroom are well-designed for the space and the bed was very comfortable. We also had a nice Parisien view from our bed. The windows are double-glazed so it's very quiet at night.

The location is fantastic! So close to a Monoprix, right across from the metro and bus station and not too far from Gare Austerlitz. It's also a short walk from Jardin des Plantes (a beautiful park) and not too far to get to the Seine.

Would definitely stay here again!

Nos encantó el hotel !!! Habitación y baño amplios, cama y almohadas muy cómodas lo cual es un detalle no menor! Pedí opción sin gluten para el desayuno y me lo resolvieron sin problemas . Personal super amable. Sin duda volveremos!! ????❤️

Accueil téléphonique déplorable. Agressivité et condescendance sont apparemment les seules compétences demandées pour travailler dans cet hôtel.

Tres belle hôtel et un accueil très personnalisée.
L’hôtel est idéalement localisé pour visiter Paris. À deux pas du jardin des plantes et du Panthéon.

The initial room we were given was disappointing—it did not match the photos on your website, had a window facing a busy pavement at street level with little privacy, and the window didn’t open, making it impossible to let in fresh air. Most concerning was the sewage-like smell in the bathroom. We raised this with the front desk twice, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful. A more polite and empathetic approach would have made a big difference.

Thankfully, we spoke with another staff member the following morning who was incredibly helpful and moved us to a new room. This one was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and with a beautiful view. It really turned our experience around.

We have also emailed the hotel to raise the issue- no reply..

Clean, quiet and convenient location for a short stay if taking the train from CDG. Room was updated with nice shower with all the necessities.

Staff was very helpful when I left my passport after check-out :-)

J’ai été accueilli chaleureusement par Sara qui été à la réception , elle m’a expliqué les différentes choses à savoir sur l’hôtel et leurs services. J’ai pu rencontrer les femmes de ménages ainsi que la responsable adjointe de cet hôtel qui étaient très souriante et très gentille.
Une citronnade et du gâteau fait maison à disposition gratuitement et franchement ça c’est très sympa de leur part ☺️ ( qui d’ailleurs étaient très bon )
J’ai pu profiter du hammam qui est situé à l’étage du dessous , parce qu’il faut savoir que c’est gratuit et en plus privatisé et très propre !
La chambre est très belle et en plus avec une décoration simple et j’ai beaucoup aimé la salle de bain de couleur marron qui faisait un style ancien. ( petit bémol pour le manque de place au lavabo mais ça m’a pas plus dérangé que ça )
J’ai beaucoup adoré le petit déjeuné , présenté avec soin, si jamais il manquer quelque chose pas de panique que c’était de nouveau disponible.

Je recommande cet hôtel qui est tres facile d’accès ( métro , bus à proximité ) des restau, bar , petits magasins de proximité ainsi qu’une pharmacie qui est a quelque mètre de l’hôtel. Un grand merci a toute l’équipe Orso pour tout ! Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir !

What a great little hotel this is! The room was small but that was expected and actually made it feel very cosy and inviting. Room has a balcony and big window/door to let plenty of natural light in. Room was very clean, in good state of repair and the shower was actually normal meaning the whole bathroom didn’t end up saturated after showering. Very conveniently located to some cafes/restaurants, the metro station and directly opposite taxi and bus stops.

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful and importantly - able to speak English. Had the breakfast option here and selection was good, bread was fresh, coffee hot, etc.

I stayed 3 nights here but could have stayed more. Would definitely recommended if staying in Paris.

The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is delicious with a good variety. The only issue for me was that the room felt a bit small, especially the bathroom, which was quite compact. However, overall it was still a pleasant stay.

I spent my anniversary here with my girlfriend, and thanks to this wonderful hotel it was perfect.

Es un hotel sencillo y cálido, moderno con buen gusto, nada impersonal. Yo estaba en una habitación pequeña pero muy agradable con iluminación agradable. Las personas en recepción todas encantadoras. Detallitos muy amables. Vistas muy buenas. Lo único: pasa un metro que suena a la lejos pero francamante a mi hasta me gustaba escucharlo un poquito. Tienen un hammam gratis. Me hubiera quedado más tiempo y me guardo la dirección.

Das Hotel ist optimal für einen Städtetripp. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt, die Zimmer sind klein aber gemütlich und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Einzig die Lage des Hotels führt zu ein paar Abzügen, da im direkten Umfeld des Hotels nicht ganz der Pariser Charme zum tragen kommt.

We stayed there for one night and it was perfect. The lady at the concierge offered us homemade apple cake upon our arrival. The room was very nice and neat. It was also a great location (especially if you are taking a train from Paris Austerlitz). We would definitely stay there again!
