The Hotel Mansart was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was immediately welcoming, inviting my cousin and I for a coffee upon our early morning arrival. The room I was in was positively palatial, and the french doors opening to the city creating a beautiful was to start the day. The cleaning staff did a thorough and excellent job every day, even placing my towels on the warming radiator on a particularly chilly day. The staff was truly remarkable when my cousin became very ill with food poisoning and she was unable to travel home. They called a doctor to come see her in her room and were incredibly helpful in ensuring she was taken care of. I am so grateful to the staff of the hotel for making my first visit to Paris a memorable and beautiful experience.

Unfortunately the trash box in the bathroom was fully loaded, they forgot to empty it .
Also I had to ask for some nice slippers :-)
Received it immidiately: Or it was forgotten or it is the policy of the hotel.
... The rest was very okey for us.
The hotel is very good located, we enjyed the stay in the hotel very much.
The breakfast was really excellent! Thanks to the people working in the hotel

Second time at Mansart Paris. Fantastic hotel and a lovely stay as always. Bryant and Alexandra were superb and extremely helpful throughout.

There was no overhead light in the room so it was a little dark but everything else was perfect.

Fix your electrical outlets prior to someone staying in a room! If they don't work 100%, then they shouldn't pay 100%. Give them a discount. Let people borrow electric converters for free.

La ristrutturazione dei bagni interni alle camere è indispensabile, eliminando la vasca e sostituendola con una comoda doccia moderna. A quel punto l'Hotel diventerebbe la mia scelta n. 1 a Parigi!

Hôtel exceptionnel avec une localisation incroyable !!! Ma mère a passé un délicieux séjour. Le personnel est au petit soin comme dans un 5 étoiles. C’est définitivement ma nouvelle adresse.

Hotel très propre, calme, même si l'entrée ne présente aucune prétention.
Personnel extrêment sympathique et serviable.
Petit dejeuner très complet, excellent saumon fumé, oeufs bios à la demande, produits de qualité.
Nous avons eu une chambre avec une petite terrasse donnant sur une petite rue très tranquille, fort agréable.
La localisation est parfaite pour visiter le centre de Paris à pieds, et il est très appréciable de pouvoir sortir tranquillement dans ce quartier magnifique.
Nous recommandons fortement !
