Personnel très très très sympathique et serviable
Nous étions 15 et nous avons demandés d être dans la salle du petit déjeuner..pas de soucis et en plus nous avons fêter l anniversaire de une d entre nous..ils nous ont fourni le champagne les flûtes

However cleaning standards should improve. The room felt very dusty, with floors feeling unclean and surfaces dusty even after being supposedly cleaned that same day. I’m not sure what hoovers if any are used but they are clearly inadequate in removing dust from floors and need a good upgrade, since my feet constantly feel dirty in them. Also the frame above the bed was coated in dust and never cleaned so you are breathing dust in as you sleep and anything you keep on the table frame will be dusty after touching. Also there are the most bizarre unpleasant smells from inside the shower and wardrobe, very musty and sewer ish. The bathroom toiletries need improving also, since they are just cheap and really tiny. Not nice quality, and no antibacterial soap. They also refused to give me a spare pillow? So that’s bad.
Finally as a con, there was a large gap under the doorway of our room door. This is just unacceptable really, not only can anyone see in or poke something through, but it meant light was extremely bright under it and not noise cancelling. Needs to be fixed immediately.
Pro’s are that the bed is comfy with a good duvet, not just a thin sheet or one pillow per person. Also the shower temperature and pressure was super good really enjoyed it.

Avec un peu d'aménagement les chambres pourraient être plus agréables.
Clairement cela ne respecte pas les normes pour un hôtel 3* du ministère du tourisme
Only issue with room was trying to get the temperature right was difficult but being an older building was to be expected.
Wonderful staff and checkin who spoke great English.
Location has lots of places to eat nearby.

Il est bien placé (à proximité de la gare du Nord et de la gare de l'est) mais sans problème de bruit ou d'insécurité, c'est très propre et harmonieux.
L'équipe est très claire et agréable, bravo !
NB. Unlike mature customer experience focused establishments that welcome feedback & see it as an opportunity to improve - you see this Raphael manager guy nitpick + attack each customer that gave less than 5stars. Wow. Imagine him being your boyfriend or boss. Must be HELL
We were a little scared arriving after reading some negative reviews and okay, the breakfast is very basic and also the rooms are not huge, but it actually contributes to the Paris charm.
We loved it.
The personnel was extremely pleasant and friendly, the hotel is very beautifully designed (colors and attributes), the bed was soft and comfortable and it was clean in general.
The biggest plus is naturally the location. Close to public transportation + Gare du Nord, close to a lot of food opportunities.
Rate wise it was very acceptable considering it was Paris.
Thank you for the room with a view! Room 702 was excellent.
Next time we go to Paris, this will definitely again be our hotel.
