Das La Maison du Lierre befindet sich in einem Haus mit einem gemütlichen Innenhof und ist ein Boutique-Hotel. Alle in den Gemeinschaftsräumen ausgestellten Gegenstände werden zum Verkauf angeboten: So können die Gäste mit Duftkerzen, Seifen und Dekorationsartikeln nach Hause gehen. Sechs Zimmer gehen auf den baumbestandenen Innenhof hinaus. Sie verfügen über ein großes Bett, eine begehbare Dusche und sind alle klimatisiert. Morgenmuffel werden von ihrem Frühstück begeistert sein, bei dem frisch gepresster Orangensaft, Joghurt und hausgemachte Marmelade mit Croissants, frischem Brot, Müsli und Heißgetränken nach Belieben genossen werden können.

via booking.com for one night in September. The hotel "initiated a free cancellation" link, without even contacting me to explain why. I reached out and they said "Indeed, we requested cancellation because we no longer have your room available following renovations in our hotel. However, you can book directly in order to offer you other rooms as well as their prices."
I asked them to cancel the booking but instead they have now marked my Credit Cards as 'invalid' (twice) instead of cancelling. This is incredibly strange behaviour from a business. They have not responded to my messages asking them to cancel the request instead.
Per booking.com's terms of service: "If you’re experiencing unforeseen issues and can’t accommodate your guests, you must report this to our customer service. They’ll support you with the cancellation request and relocation of the guests, if applicable." This hotel has not done any of those things and instead is providing very poor customer service.
A notre arrivée un monsieur très aimable nous a renseigné sur ce qu il y avait à voir en ville.
Nous avons prit le petit déjeuner ou certes les produits sont fait maison mais nous avons trouvé le prix (15euro)trop cher pour ce type de déjeuner. Il y avait à disposition 1/2baguette, 1 croissant au niveau boulangerie du jour. 1 jus d orange frais
Accompagemenent salé jambon cru, jambon et fromage.
Yaourt nature avec accompagnement si besoin, fruit confit, frais ou sec à dispo.
Au niveau des chambres il est mentionné à plusieurs endroits que nous n avons pas le droit de prendre des boissons de l extérieur à l intérieur de l hôtel mais après 19h il n y a plus personne donc plus moyen d acheter quoique se soit...
A notre arrivée impossible de régler la clim qui était bloqué par l hôtel.
La femme de ménage n est pas des plus sympathique peine à dire bonjour à constamment ces écouteurs dans les oreilles ou téléphone pensant son service... et surtout oublie de refermer notre porte à clé après son passage.
Les chambres sont bien aménagés et bien décorées. En résumé chouette hôtel mais nous ne prendrions plus le déjeuner sur place étant a côté du centre nous avions facilement accès à des boulangeries
