Beeindruckende, stilvolle und wunderschöne Zimmer. Wir hatten die Räume Salmide und Sanchez - beide für sich traumhaft. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich und das Viertel sicherlich eines der Besten. Nur zu emfehlen!

We loved staying here during our time in Bordeaux. The room is spacious and clean, the location is close to some great restaurants. Margot’s a great host and is so helpful and ensured we had a great stay. She can also arrange wine tours which we would also recommend too! We will recommend this stay to anyone heading to Bordeaux.

Sehr originelles kleines Hotel. Viel Charme und Stil sowie die Lage kompensieren die kleinen Schwächen. Wer Wert auf individuell gestaltetes Zimmer, gute Lage und französisches Flair legt ist hier richtig. Wer Wert auf hohen Komfort, top Service und maximale Sauberkeit legt eher weniger. Nicht geeignet für Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkung. Aber mir hat es gefallen dass und ich würde wieder kommen.

Everything about our stay was perfect. We booked 5 rooms for a group of 10 and all of the 5 rooms were beautifully decorated and clean. They were also all a very generous size! The location of this boutique hotel is beautiful. Right above a very popular bakery, you wake up to the smell of fresh baking. It's in a quiant and picturesque area that feels almost like a small village/ town (but with plenty of independent shops/ cafes/ restaurants), and yet is only a 10-15 minute walk to the main tourist area of Bordeaux. Margot was incredibly friendly and helpful before and throughout our stay. Would recommend to anyone visiting Bordeaux!

Beautiful Hotel. Had a room on the top floor with ceiling windows looking into the spires of the local church. Great location, super clean. awesome bed bed and Margo was a great host. Located on a street with several cafes and easy access to Tram system. Highly recommend.

Nos tocó la habitación Sánchez con unas vistas preciosas a la iglesia de San Luis de Chartrons y con cama con forma de corazón y una sola pata central. Tuvimos que añadir pufs por los lados, a la cama, para darle más estabilidad porque se movía mucho.
La segunda noche había un ratoncito en alguna parte que no paraba de roer y nos dio la noche, igual que se la dio a los del piso de arriba. No llegamos a verlo.
Tampoco es agradable el olor a pan quemado que sube de la panadería de abajo de vez en cuando al amanecer.
También molesta un motor siempre en marcha, incluso de noche, que hace ruido en el lavabo.
Por lo demás la habitación es espaciosa, con buenas persianas, y el baño es moderno. El acceso con código es cómodo.
Cada noche nos dejaban dos botellines de agua en la nevera de la habitación. Se agradecía mucho.

My room (Sanchez) was gorgeous -- with three sets of french doors that opened onto a balcony full of star jasmine and a view of the square/church across the street. The location is wonderful, on a quiet street, but very close to lots of shops and restaurants. And the woman running things (wish I had gotten her name) was lovely and so helpful. The only caveat is there is no lift, so not for those who are challenged by winding stairs. Highly recommended, in fact, I can't wait to return.

Had a wonderful stay here with friends for a weekend away in the wonderful city of Bordeaux. The rooms were lovely and had everything we needed and the location was fantastic near lots of great bars and restaurants. Reception helped us to book a half day wine tour.

After you get over the initial shock of the very steep 2 flights of stairs this place is a gem. It is nicely decorated and has everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the appartment very spacious. Great location with bakery below and near by restaurants that are not too touristy. The smell of the bread in the morning was heavenly. The little balcony was great for drinks and for having breakfast on. ||One word of warning if you use a site not direct with the accommodation you could end up like us with no instructions to get in as their emails never made it to us. My only compaint would be that instead of apologising when I rang for help I was told the emails had been sent and I didnt read them. They did not arrive and have similar problems in the past. It all worked out fabulously in the end but was not a great start.

Bellissima stanza superior in un quartiere elegante .. peccato la pulizia e la gestione. Ho trovato un animale im bagno simile ad uno scarafaggio. Ho inviato la foto e mi hanno detto che non potevano cambiarmi la stanza e che è ‘ la natura’ e che non potevano farci niente. Peccato. Hanno rovinato un gioiellino

Parfait de la réservation jusqu’au départ ! Margot est très accueillante et ses petits conseils sont toujours judicieux ! La chambre placide nous fait voyager avec sa jolie décoration et est très zen ! Calme du quartier bien appréciable à qq minutes du centre en tram ou à pied ! Très bien placé ! Nous reviendrons lors de nos prochaines étapes à bordeaux !

Excellent séjour dans la chambre Élisée chez Dupont, au coeur du quartier des Chartrons dans le Centre Ville de Bordeaux.

Chambre impeccable, service chaleureux. Mention spéciale à Margot qui est pleine de bons conseils pour les visites / activités / restaurants.

À 5 minutes à pied de la Garonne, il y a de quoi accrocher des vélos en bas de la Résidence pour des balades cyclistes dans le centre ville.

Idéalement situé dans le plus beau quartier de Bordeaux, nous sommes accueillis par Margot qui nous a chouchouté tout au long de notre séjour.
La chambre était splendide et décorée avec beaucouo de goût, la literie extrêmement confortable nous a permis de bien nous reposer. Morphée n'a qu'a bien se tenir!
Je conseille absolument ce splendide hébergement niché au cœur des Chartrons.
Allez y les yeux fermés! ( Enfin... ouvrez les pour profiter! Ça vaut le détour)

It is a cozy and lovely place to stay for a week. There is a kitchen where you can make your meal and a supermakert in the same street. Good for some nights. Also it is located above the restaurant very French for a gastronomy experience in Bordeaux. The food is good.

Très bel hôtel, les chambres sont bien décorées et uniques. Le personnel est très disponible. L’emplacement est parfait, très beau quartier avec de bons restaurants, bars à vin et cafés très sympas. Hâte d’y retourner !

C'est toujours un plaisir de séjourner chez Dupont. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une déco très soignée et un grand confort. Le quartier des Chartrons est très agréable à vivre et en plein centre.

What a smart decision to stay here the night before boarding the river cruise ship in Bordeaux— less than a 10 min walk to the docked ship. The room (Seignouret) was roomy and very comfortable; great shower and quality hair dryer are important benchmarks for me. Although breakfast foods are available in the room, I walked just a few yards to a wonderful bakery for a fresh French breakfast and a chance to view Bordeaux local activity in the early morning. I could heap more praise but space doesn’t allow. Margot is the BEST host.

Helpful note: The driver booked by Une Chambre from the airport can only contact you by phone at the arrivals gate — they do not come inside or meet you outside with a name sign. So be certain you can receive phone calls upon arrival (I had a new Orange SIM card but did not send Margot my French number when I installed it that morning ????). I wasted an hour of the driver’s time because of this. It was easy to grab a taxi though.

Very great location and rooms so well decorated, I litteraly fell in love with this hotel ! The beds are so confortable and the neighboroud is one of the best place in Bordeaux. Plus, it's very near to the Garonne's docks !
I come in Bordeaux very often and this is always the hotel I choose to stay !
Margot is very professional and always keen to help and welcome you like a princess, thank you very much !

Room Stephen was beautiful and extremely comfortable ,
A little outside centre ville but around the corner from tram so this was not a problem . Lots of beautiful restaurants snd cafes in the area
