Beau moment passé chez Julien, Bien accueilli par le patron qui nous a bien conseillé pour notre choix de plat. Bel endroit au pied de l’abbatiale.

J'ai réservé pour mon fils et moi meme le jour de mon anniversaire. Un accueil au delà de nos attentes souriants accueillants investis adaptatif aux enfants et l'amour du metier se voit tout de suite !
Quand a la cuisine.. des saveurs incroyables, une succulence pour nos papilles !
Quand au lieu... on ne pouvait pas rêver mieux .. proche de l'église.. un petit parc .. une ressource essentielle. Je recommande grandement !!!
Et merci nous en garderont un tres beau souvenir !

Took us 1,5hrs due to a blocked road, so we arrived very late. They kept the kitchen old for us. Also very friendly for our kids

We were lucky enough to find Chez Julian during a holiday in the area last week. We travelled with another Family, and both couples got to come here on one evening.
We were completely “wowed” by the whole experience!
The setting was like something out of a dream, or a movie.
We would gladly have tried one of every item on the menu, which was extensive, with 2 set menu options as well as a la carte to choose from. We were more than happy with the selections we made!
Julien himself is the most gracious host. He made us feel like his own personal guests, without being any way over-bearing.
We thank Julien for an unforgettable dining experience, and very much hope to visit again in the future.

Our best meal while in Dordogne Valley. Service was amazing not surprisingly, as Julien, the owner was front of house. The menu was perfect with lots of great options and loved sitting outside in the beautiful gardens. Merci Julien and team

We have been going to Chez Julien since it's opening.... we missed many years as we didnt holiday in France, but we are back, we cannot wait for July to visit again. The food, wine and atmosphere is every bit as good as it was when Julien opened this beautiful restaurant.... easy and relaxed.... see you in July

Nous y avions mangé il y a quelques années et la cuisine était vraiment de qualité. Aujourd'hui c'est une cuisine médiocre ...on vous fait tout un topo sur la chakchouka...epepinage pelage des légumes ( je reste perplexe) et ils ne sont pas fichus de faire des frites maisons..mignon de porc surcuit avec légumes fadasses....le patron est obsequieux..je crains que de nombreux avis soient factices ou la cuisine industrielle a gagné...comment gâcher un endroit magique !
