What an amazing find. Booked in for one night then extended to two. Private garage to park our motorbike for small charge, 10 min walk to beautiful old town. Lovely clean room overlooking the pool, bar serving drinks to take to pool. Breakfast was fabulous, great choice of foods. Host was helpful and friendly, giving advice for trips. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommended ????

Bonjour et ravi que vous ayez choisi notre hôtel pour votre étape professionnelle. Cependant vous n'avez semblé pas très satisfait notament du service. Je dois vous rappeler que le petit déjeuner est servi chez nous (et comme dans la très grande majorité des hôtels) sous forme de buffet avec pour principe le fait de se servir soi-même. Toutefois quelqu'un est en charge de débarrasser et redresser les tables et de réaprovisionner le buffet. Aviez-vous besoin d'aide ou de quelquechose ? Avez-vous demandé de l'aide ? Sachez que nous aidons même les personnes avec des difficultés motrices en les assistant voire en les servant si nécessaire, mais il nous semble que ce n'était pas votre cas... Concernant le "bar vide", vous devez sans doute parler du minibar en chambre qui est en effet vide car ce n'est tout simplement pas un minibar mais un simple frigo. Par contre des boissons (avec ou sans alcool) sont à vendre au bar de l'hôtel jusqu'à 21h30 si besoin. N'hésitez pas la prochaine fois à vous renseigner et demander de l'aide à la réception de l'hôtel si vous ne comprenez pas bien le fonctionnement de certains éléments de l'hôtel.

Bon accueil, hôtel propre en plein coeur de Bergerac.
Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner, par contre côté literie les oreillers sont des rochers qui cassent la nuque. A revoir merci

Bonjour et merci beaucoup Cécile pour votre commentaire. Ravi que vous ayez apprécié notre hôtel, notament l'accueil, la propreté ou le choix au petit déjeuner. Pour ce qui est des oreillers vous trouverez 2 autres oreillers plus plats et moelleux dans la partie haute du placard dans la chambre. N'hésitez pas à les utiliser la prochaine fois pour un meilleur confort.

Très bon accueil. Personnel charmant et arrangeant. Chambre confortable. Le balcon est un plus. Bon petit déjeuner. Même si c'est un peu loin du lieu où je travaille, j'y reviendrai !

Motard, j'ai privilégié le stationnement de ma moto en lieu sûr. Piscine et service au top .
Compétence, gentillesse et sourire sont présents à tous moments je recommande fortement cet hôtel idéalement situé pour visiter le vieux Bergerac.

Very welcoming and comfortable hotel in the absolute center of Bergerac. The rooms are cosy and quiet and there is a beautiful courtyard with swimmingly pool smelling of yasmine flowers. I recommend you visit hotel de france in Bergerac.

Un hotel muy bien situado y limpio. Sólo tiene servicio de desayuno y aunque no tiene platos calientes es bastante completo.
El personal es muy agradable y amable y hablan en castellano.

The room is cold, the remote control for the air conditioning doesn’t work, walls are thinner than toilet paper so you can here everything, too noisy, pool not available, everything is so bad quality: I opened a cabinet, it fell and they blamed it on me… no snacks whatsoever, not one thing to eat, they don’t allow you to take your breakfast upstairs (as I was sick)
Advice: don’t go there. Looks nice from the outside but there‘s a way better Hotel at the end of the road.

Hi mrs Bertuzzi,
You stayed 3 nights with us and it seems that our hôtel didn't met your expectations and we are sorry about it. Nevertheless it is necessary to reframe yourself somewhat. First of all, you woke up the neighbors at 1:30 a.m. the first night with your long screams... In addition, previously that same evening, you dismantled the fridge door of the breakfast room to help yourself to eat !!! ... And you made the ignorant and seemed surprised when we pointed it out to you the next morning, after watching the CCTV camera ... You haven't been asked to pay anything regarding the repair and the stolen things but I think we should have...The outside swimming pool is closed in winter and you knew it. Regarding the heater, everything works well and regarding the breakfast, of course it is possible to take it in the room, but you did'nt ask us any information about it. So please next time avoid telling stories and keep your advices for you.

Un hôtel très agréable où j'ai eu mes habitudes pendant deux ans et c'est avec grand plaisir que j'y revenais à chaque fois. La literie est très bonne et les gérants très sympathiques.

Les chambres auraient besoin d'un petit coup de jeune. Surtout la salle d'eau, manque de modernité.
Je trouve que le rapport qualité prix n'est pas à la juste mesure.
Par contre l'accueil et le petit déjeuner sont parfait.
