Was in communication with Valerie via email and then WhatsApp. She told us best dates for our boat tour, as she was watching the weather. Great experience overall, highly recommend. Price is reasonable.

Nous avons passé une superbe matinée en compagnie de Valérie, nous avons opté pour la sortie privée des 3 îles. Nous avons pu profiter des explications et des bons conseils de Valérie, tout ça en français, ce qui était très pratique avec deux jeunes enfants.

Nous avons passé une très belle journée au programme pêche et farniente. Nous avons du coup mangé un très bon ceviche. Cabo Catoche est une île magnifique avec une belle plage et très paisible. À recommander et Célia notre guide était très chouette.

We used My Holbox Tours for a round trip transfer (including ferry and taxi to and from our hotel) from Cancun to Holbox as well as a tour to Cabo Catoche. Valerie was fantastic: so kind, excellent communication via WhatsApp, so quick to respond. She even called to warn us about the Norte storm that hit the island a few weeks ago.
Everything went perfectly smooth. This was our first time visiting Holbox and we were somewhat apprehensive about how all of this would go. Valerie made sure that all of those concerns were unnecessary: Taxi driver was waiting at our hotel on time, nice, air-conditioned taxis, and the driver purchased our ferry tickets for us and pointed us in the right direction. It was seamless.
The Cabo Catoche tour was wonderful! Valerie joined us on the tour and she was a pleasure to spend time with. She speaks excellent English (and French) and was very accommodating of our 6 and 3 year old children. The boat was clean, comfortable and in excellent working order. The captain was very professional and kind. We saw dolphins, toured the mangroves, and ate the best, freshest ceviche I’ve ever had in my life made with the fish we had just caught while handline fishing. It was a great tour!
Would recommend Valerie and My Holbox Tours 100% and would not hesitate to use their services again! Gracias, Valerie!
