Nous avons fait appel à Valerie pour trois excursions en une semaine, très faciles à réserver sur WhatsApp. Les guides sont vraiment excellents et Valerie tient vraiment à ce que ses clients vivent une expérience authentique.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix.
Nous avons adoré notre excursion en bateau vers les 3 îles, avec un service impeccable (taxi inclus pour venir nous chercher directement à notre Airbnb).
Valérie, la guide et également propriétaire, a été extrêmement sympathique et d’une grande aide. Elle a même trouvé une solution pour garder nos valises pendant l’excursion. Très réactive sur WhatsApp, elle parle français, anglais et espagnol, ce qui facilite la communication.
Nous avons eu la chance d’apercevoir des dauphins et d’en apprendre davantage sur les oiseaux grâce à ses explications enrichissantes.
Nous recommandons vivement et n’hésiterons pas à refaire appel à ses services ☀️????

Valérie de My Holbox Tours a été d'une aide précieuse et a contribué à la réussite de notre voyage à Holbox. Nous avons fait deux tours avec elle et elle a été très facile à contacter et a répondu rapidement à toutes mes questions. Nous avons fait deux excursions avec eux (3 isla et kayak mangrove), nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un guide qui parlait français sur les deux excursions. Merci à Valerie pour sa gentillesse.

J'ai passé un excellent moment à pêcher et à manger nos prises sous forme de ceviche avec Fernando et Valerie. Ils ont accommodé notre enfant de 2 ans pour un voyage écourté et cela a été rendu si facile et abordable avec l'aide de Valérie

Nous avons fait une excursion privée sur trois îles et Valérie a été formidable ! Elle connaissait tout sur la faune et les îles où nous sommes allés et a été très bonne communicatrice malgré le temps qui n'était pas idéal avant l'excursion. Nous avons été accueillis à un autre jour que celui prévu à l'origine, ce qui a été très apprécié. Je recommande vivement l'excursion sur les trois îles et cet opérateur !

Nous avons été enchantés par les excursions. La balade à cheval sur cette île paradisiaque était absolument merveilleuse, tout comme notre exploration de la bioluminescence, un moment véritablement magique. We booked the Bio Punta Coco tour to see the bioluminescence. Would recommend - the pick up and drop off from our hostel was efficient and the stars/bioluminescence looked great and for a good price!

This fishing boat excursion was so fun! We got to line fish which was an awesome experience. The Captain and Valerie were so helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We then spent time at a mangrove area with a lot of Pelicans and fed them some of the fish scraps as the Captain started to prepare the fresh catch ceviche. Next, we headed to a fisherman island where they finished preparing and served the delicious ceviche. Here, we were able to buy (bring pesos) a beverage, relax and swim. I would recommend long sleeve swim shirts and lots of sunscreen. Valerie was so fun and made the experience so enjoyable! I highly recommend adding this to your Isla Holbox agenda. Thanks Valerie for an amazing time on the water!

Their tour company is amazing!! I highly recommend them. The round trip to Holbox was perfect. I was sick on day when I was one the island and had to cancel my tour and Val message me twice to check on me and ask if I needed anything. Robin

Valerie with My Holbox Tours did an outstanding job for us! This was our first trip to Holbox and they had just experienced some flooding. Valerie kept in contact with me with videos and posts assuring us the beautiful condition of the island. She was so thorough and professional. From our flight landing late and our transportation still waiting for us for over an hour, to our fairy tickets, to stepping off the fairy and being the only one greeted by name by our taxi driver, having her load our luggage into the utv taxi to our sad departure from the island (which we got to try the speed boat going back) she was it! The hotel we wanted was booked for part of our stay, she sent many photos & recommendations and was honest about where to stay and not to). Whether it be transportation or excursions look no further! She is such an amazing woman and her dedication and loyalty to her job and guests is nothing short of top shelf treatment. I wish I could say more, it was just a pleasure using her services and meeting her in person. We will always use her when returning, dependable people seem few and far between in some places, not here! Valerie with My Holbox Tours is the best!!!! Wishing her the best success and hoping you all get the pleasure of working with her too when visiting Holbox!!!

We had an amazing experience with our transportation! Everything went even smoother than expected for our first trip to Isla Holbox from the Cancun Airport and back. 100% recommend! Valerie was so helpful!

El tour de las 3 Islas fue increíble! Hasta vimos un flamingo en Isla de la Pasión. El capitán nos llevó al cenote cuando menos gente había y la organización de Valerie fue perfecta. Un día inolvidable! ????

Nous avons fait un tour des 3 iles de 3h + un stop à punta mosquito depuis la mer pour observer les oiseaux.
Une vraie belle matinée à observer les nombreux oiseaux, les raies, les flamands roses selon la saison !
Valerie est hyper chaleureuse et à l'écoute, on est ravis de l'avoir rencontré !
Le bateau était hyper confort avec bouteilles d'eau à dispo et le capitaine super sympa!
