Il faut beaucoup trop de temps pour manger, j'ai attendu ici pendant 30 minutes et toujours pas de nourriture livrée, mais ça valait la peine d'attendre car c'était vraiment bon

Basanio est une étape incontournable quand on est à Rodrigues. On y est reçu avec le sourire et les plats sont succulents.
C'est conseillé de réserver car c'est très fréquenté pour le déjeuner.

Service efficace, en quantité suffisante. Avec le riz frite, par ailleurs très savoureux, on m'a même servi un peu de salade papaye verte. Une première sur Maurice. Et un curry ourite à la perfection.
Bravo et merci.
Ps : par contre les toilettes pourraient être améliorées...

La nourriture est délicieuse, je suis venu ici avec mon ami, en fait nous cherchions un endroit sympa pour manger et nous sommes tombés sur ce snack ! Aucun regret ! Délicieux, la quantité et la qualité de la nourriture sont très bonnes !

Ce n'est pas l'endroit le plus beau, mais si vous ne prenez pas un repas ici, vous serez très déçu. Absolument délicieux !!!!! ❤️ merci !

Very disappointed with the service. Reached there at 1 pm and we got our food TWO HOURS LATER! a couple came after us and were served before us. Another family had the same issue as us. Lots of flies.
We kept asking for the food as we had elderly with us feeling sick ( diabetic and gastric) but they kept saying 5 more minutes. At last it was 2 hours!
Also we paid 550 for konokono salad. The portion was sooo little. We thought it was gonna be two small bowls but we were wrong!

Le gratin fruits de mer avec ses produits frais en vaut la peine. Il faut par contre etre patient avant de deguster les mets du chef.
La chaleur a l interieur et les mouches gachent l experience par contre.

Welcome friendly... food delicious local n authentic , environment is in the middle of nowhere in a green nature around.... a long wait before being served but the food is unexpectedly good n worth the wait..
.definetly a place to go n enjoy seafood...it is a must for a seafood foodie

At first this place used to be a reference for food but today the experience was beyond me. We came in and ordered food at around 13hrs30 to be served almost at 15hrs. That was not the problem since they said that grilled fish would take a bit of time. Our disappointment when we got served a small filet that would have taken 30 mins maximum to grill and for a two hours wait we were hoping for a whole grilled fish.instead it was a filet which judging from the color and crisps has bathe in a bit of oil and not grilled per say. The owners were kind though to make a commercial gesture but at first were reluctant to accept that the fault was theirs. Maybe on other days it's good but defo not on Sundays.
