An der Hauptstraße von Maiori war die Bar Pineta seit 1903 der Treffpunkt für die Einwohner des Ortes. Als sie 2015 von den historischen Besitzern an Carlo De Filippo weiterverkauft wurde, war der Druck groß! Die Wette ist glücklicherweise geglückt: Das Pineta 1903 ist heute ein Restaurant mit dem Stempel Slow Food, das auf lokale und kilometergenaue Produkte setzt: Fisch und Meeresfrüchte, Piennolo-Tomaten aus Furore, Sardellen aus Cetara, Wurstwaren aus den Lattari-Bergen, Mozzarella di Bufala... Frische, hausgemachte Nudeln.

This is such a beautiful restaurant in Maiori. The tables are underneath beautiful lemon trees. The food and service are outstanding.

Si mangia benissimo le specialità di mare e i dolci credo che sia il Miglior ristorante di Maiori. C'è la sala a l'aperto sotto le piante di limoni .

Beautiful spot out back under the lemon trees. Antonella specifically was amazing and explained the menu to us as well as recommended a delicious bottle of wine to go with our meals. It was such a pleasant experience that we went back twice in the week we were visiting! Thanks Pineta and Antonella!

Amazing food and service. We ate inside due to weather, otherwise five stars across the board. We had the fish tasting menu. Out of this world! With wine parings included it was a great value too. If you find yourself in Maiori you must go to Pineda 1903.

Truly the best meals I had in my time on the Amalfi Coast, I came back a second time. It is beautiful dining under the lemon trees, but the food was something special! I knew I was in for a good experience when I read it was a Slow Food restaurant. Every flavour in each dish was considered and thoughtful, and were matched perfectly. The food had a sense of homeliness yet exquisite. The service from all the servers and Carlo himself were excellent. If you are going to visit Maiori please do not miss your opportunity to dine here! I am still dreaming about my dinners here! Thank you to the Team at Pineta 1903 for a lovely dining experience.
