Guesthouse mit Zimmern, Chalets, Restaurant, Pool, Campingplatz am Fluss, Ausflüge zur Beobachtung des Nordlichts
Ein schöner Fund inmitten der Natur! Eine gute Küche und qualitativ hochwertige Dienstleistungen stehen hier im Vordergrund, und das alles in einer einladenden und gemütlichen Umgebung. Sie schlafen in Einzelzimmern oder mieten eines der charmanten Holzchalets, die bis zu 10 Personen beherbergen können. Es werden mehrere Ausflüge angeboten, darunter im Winter die Beobachtung der Nordlichter. Der Campingplatz liegt gemütlich am Flussufer. Es gibt keine Kochgelegenheit, aber das Restaurant auf dem Gelände ist gut und erschwinglich. Das beheizte Schwimmbad im Gewächshaus sollten Sie auf jeden Fall ausprobieren!

The accomodations and establishment are very nice. The whole feeling of this place is very unique. It's not just a place where the views are amazing, but also a farm where you can see horses and also 2 very nice dogs. You have a hot sprint outside and inside. We've been in Iceland 3 times and here we ate the best food from all the places.
This guesthouse is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. I will not be surprised if in the future people will visit the west fjords only to stay here. I can't recommend it enough. Thank you so much for having us.

Mountains, fjords, snow, horses, Northern lights, natural thermal springs, and big sleeping dogs...all with the feeling that you're a million miles away. Oh...and don't forget the cat who thinks she's a dog. Our 3 nights at Heydalur was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and the dinners were absolutely incredible (loved the trout and the lamb stew with bananas)! We enjoyed just relaxing around the farm, but we also drove into Ísafjörður one day and every turn was like a post card! So glad that we found this place while planning our 2 week trip to Iceland. Thank you for the amazing stay and the wonderful memories!

Rustig gelegen uitstekend hotel tijdens onze roadtrip in Ijsland waar je in de buurt kan wandelen. Het indoor zwembad met natuurlijk warm water waarrond er vegetatie is voorzien is heerlijk.

Tea kettle was in the room, however no fridge or saw any cooking possibilities. The breakfast buffet was well equipped. For dinner told them the day before as they had to prepare for it, for example the next morning met some staff members while they were getting the salmon from the river! So cool!
