Es handelt sich um ein altes Haus im venezianischen Stil, das in ein kleines, charmantes Hotel im Stadtteil Topanas umgewandelt wurde. Die 10 Zimmer des Elia Palazzo Hotels, von denen einige Standard- und andere Superior-Zimmer sind, sind komfortabel und sehr gemütlich. Sie sind in Pastellfarben und bunten Tönen dekoriert und bieten ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ein nettes Extra: Sie haben einen herrlichen Blick über die Dächer. Eine gute Adresse, die auch den Bedürfnissen des schmalsten Budgets gerecht wird, das manchmal ein wenig Mühe hat, im Zentrum etwas Bezahlbares zu finden.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο, value for money, ιδανικό σε όλα του. Καλό πρωινό, καθαρά και όμορφα δωμάτια, μεγάλα, άνετα. Προσωπικό ευγενικό. Τα 4 αστέρια μόνο και μόνο επειδή στην αρχή μου έδωσαν λάθος κρεβάτι. Διορθώθηκε αργότερα.

If you want something unique you should choose one of Elia hotels in Chania.
Every room is unique, we got our own balcony with chairs and sunbed. The bed had a soft madras with big and good pillows.
Breakfast had that little ekstra we all look for.

Returned to the room arround 2 o'clock but we didn't stay long enough due to an issue with the toilet, that came up. We reported the issue and the lady gave us the option to upgrade us in different location close to first room, since the issue wasn't going to be fixed soon.
New room was 4 minutes walking and with a view to the beautiful old harbour. We were completely satisfied, of how everyone dealed with the issue and with no hesitation. Both locations were pretty clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was served in a different location but really close to our staying, it had variety of things and it was excellent. We will certainly come back and recomend Elia Hotel Group.
