Simplemente maravilloso. En un entorno bohemio, se encuentra este restaurante de parada obligada en Roma. La cocina delicada y sabrosa, la atención cuidadosa y al detalle. Un entorno fantástico, y nuestra mejor experiencia gourmet en Roma. Gracias!

Li adoro!!! Locale molto bello, piacevole e curato. Accoglienza e cortesia eccelenti. Ambiente tranquillo. Piatti ottimi, gustosi e ricercati. Elevata qualità delle materie prime, ingredienti freschissimi e tanta professionalità. Servizio veloce. Molto fornita anche la cantina dei vini. È diventato il mio ristorante preferito.

Yummy bread, wonderful wine menu, and delicious food. I’m not a big fan of seafood and had the Ruota Pastificio “Mancini” all’amatriciana which was wonderful.

No mention of gluten free in the reviews, but we took a chance and they were FAB about helping with the menu and even brought me some gluten free baguette along with other bread. BF loved the bacon artichoke fettuccine and I enjoyed the sea bass with vegetables- best broccoli of my life. Lovely, relaxed yet upscale atmosphere with a great covered outdoor area for rainy days!

Was here with a group. The food is amazing! It tasted even better than it looked. This was my second time here and it was even more delicious than I remembered. The burrata and the artichoke and the pasta with artichoke were my favorites and the passion fruit pannacotta was a great way to end the meal

We were recommended this restaurant by the hotel. We went on our 1st night as a treat as it was my partners birthday. The staff were excellent, the wine was very tasty. We really enjoyed the pasta stuffed with rabbit fur the starter, however, the oxtail tasted like boiled ham. The ox cheeks were very tasty and succulent, however, they were not trimmed as per Irish standards. There was grizzle attached, which could not be detected until chewed upon. This is no take away from the dish, but it is just not what i am used to. The cauliflower puree was excellent. The salted caramel ice-cream dessert was lovely

Una cena a Roma sotto il Ristorante ‘’Ai bozzi’’ (trastevere) Piazza Giuditta Tavani Arquati, Roma, ha dato vita a un'esperienza gastronomica indimenticabile. I carciofi con una salsa spettacolare, dovete provarla! i ravioli con la cernia, si sono rivelati uno spettacolo di sapori, un connubio perfetto tra tradizione e creatività culinaria. La cornice storica e l'atmosfera magica hanno reso il pasto un viaggio sensoriale da ricordare. Consiglio vivamente questa destinazione culinaria per chi cerca emozioni gastronomiche autentiche. Poi, Giovanni e il suo Staf Gentilissimi.

Si tratta di un ristorante sofisticato, dove antico e moderno si mescolano con grande stile. Le pietanze sono ottime, con rivisitazioni nuove, con un gusto davvero eccellente. Sono anni che sono cliente del proprietario Giovanni, peraltro persona davvero squisita e non sono MAI rimasta delusa. Ristorante TOP di Roma, nel cuore di Trastevere. Consigliato vivamente.

La comida muy buena y con una elegancia en los platos.

A little to pricey some of the options, but the expectations are similar to a fine dining restaurant, which is not.
Lovely wine list with a nice range of choices. Interior was very lovely and modern, very unexpected.
