Propere kamers, kleine badkamer maar daarvoor kom je niet op vakantie naar deze prachtig gelegen locatie :)

최고의 숙소!
근방 다른 숙소에 비해 가격도 저렴하고 기차역이랑 10분 거리, 안시 호수랑도 10분 거리라서 위치도 완벽합니다.
방은 작지만 2명 묵기에 충분하고 깨끗해요.
무엇보다 침대가 정말 푹신해서 아주 꿀잠 잤습니다.
엄청 친절하시고 테라스에서 보는 안시 올드 빌리지 뷰가 정말 멋집니다.
언덕위에 잇어서 아주 큰 캐리어 들고 오면 힘들 수 잇어요.
강추하고 다음에 안시와도 또 묵을 것 같아요!!

Visité l'année dernière pendant l'été.
Très joli hotel, parfaitement placé avec une belle vue sur le château.
Accueil chaleureux rien à redire.

Les chambres sont simples mais confortables, nous avons eu une chambre avec douche dans le couloir mais uniquement à notre disposition.

Pas de bruit la nuit, malgré qu'en contrebas la ville est animée.

Emplacement super pratique et avec une très belle vue de la ville et les environs. Notre chambre était jolie et bien aménagée. Et le service était fantastique. En plus nous avons oublié un chargeur d'ordinateur dans la chambre et ils l'ont renvoyé par la poste. Nous en sommes très reconnaissant!

Had a lovely stay here. Smallish room, was clean and fresh, and we had views from our window. Nice reception area and terrace with views over the old town. Managed to get a parking space. Fantastic location with old town just a 2 minute walk.

L'hôtel est très bien placé ( 100 m de la vieille ville, 50 m du château) parking à 50 m.
Belle vue sur la vielle ville depuis la chambre, personnel agréable, chambre confortable.

Kleines Zimmer, kleines Bett ( 140 cm) , aber gemütlich und bequem.
WC und Dusche hatten wir separat über den Gang. Frühstück ok, glutenfrei war nicht möglich. Schöner Ausblick über die Stadt, schöne Terrasse zum Zmörgele und Rauchen und Sitzen ( für alle Gäste, separater Bereich vor dem Haus....)
Ich war froh, hatten wir das Auto zu Hause gelassen, Parkplatzsituation sehr beengt.

J'ai passé trois nuits dans cet hôtel et j'ai été agréablement surpris par la qualité du service. Ils m'ont proposé naturellement une place de parking devant l'hôtel gratuite et que j'ai pu garder même la journée, après avoir libéré la chambre! C'est tout de même à noter, car ils n'étaient certainement pas obligés de me proposer ce petit coup de pouce économique. La chambre est correcte pour le prix, pareil pour la salle de bain (la douche manquait de pression mais sans gravité). L'hôtel est très bien situé (on peut tout faire à pied). Prendre le petit déjeuner (dont le prix est également correct), depuis la terrasse de l'hôtel, le rend très intéressant, car il y a un joli point de vue. Non franchement ce fut une belle expérience et pour une première venue sur Annecy c'est parfait!

Stayed here for Christmas and it was just perfect! Perfectly decorated for the season and lovely staff. The rooms are not that big but are fine for a couple (regular rooms). City center is less than a 10minute walk. Parking is paid in addition. Will definitely stay here when I return to Annecy !

Je viens de passer un séjour absolument merveilleux à l'Hôtel du Château à Annecy, et je tiens à partager mon expérience. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis de manière chaleureuse et professionnelle par l'équipe, ce qui a instantanément mis une touche de confort et de sérénité à notre séjour. Le personnel est particulièrement attentif, courtois et vraiment soucieux de répondre à nos besoins, ce qui a fait toute la différence.
L’hôtel est idéalement situé, avec une vue splendide sur le lac et les montagnes, et chaque détail, tant dans la décoration que dans les services proposés, contribue à une atmosphère à la fois élégante et accueillante. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très bien entretenues, et offrent tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent à la fois un cadre idyllique et un service impeccable. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent et nous avons quitté l'hôtel avec l'envie d'y revenir très bientôt !

Nous avons séjourné dans ce charmant petit hôtel pour Noël. Personnel très agréable et accueillant. Les chambres sont propres avec une jolie vue, la literie est très bien. L'hôtel est très bien situé, nous avons pu tout faire à pied.
Très bon petit déjeuner. Un véritable coup de coeur !.

This hotel is charming and only a three-minute walk to the gorgeous centre of Annecy. The hosts are wonderful, breakfast is delicious, and the view from our room was stunning day and night. |The room has everything you need with a comfortable bed and lots of hot water.

Camere ampie e pulite;posizione strategica accanto al castello. Se siete fortunati alcuni posti auto gratuiti nel cortile dell'albergo, altrimenti parcheggio a pagamento sotterraneo nelle vicinanze. Personale gentile.|Alla prossima!

Hôtel très agréable, bien situé, avec une belle vue sur Annecy. Les chambres sont petites surtout la salle de bain mais restent fonctionnelles. La literie est très confortable. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux.

When we visited it was very hot and hotel doesn't have A/C. We had top level room. Yeah, We checked median Annecy temps and it not supposed to be that hot. There was a fan, so it helped some. One issue was that we had bad luck with room's plumbing, but luckily all was OK and owners compensated us for this inconvenience. Next morning breakfast was good, and we were on our way after seeing the town. One more positive, we had free parking in front of the hotel.

Fica em plano alto, precisa subir da cidade para chegar no hotel. Não tem elevador. Dá para visitar tudo a pé. Para nós foi excelente.

Lovely hotel in great location near to all the bars and restaurants/canals. Our double room was very small, but did the job. Friends had slightly bigger rooms for same price. Clean rooms, be aware no water or milk in any of the rooms (despite a kettle and coffee! ) but If we'd asked they probably would have given milk. Recommend breakfast, which is continental but works out quite good value. Has a nice terrace that overlooks the town for an afternoon tipple. No bar in hotel but cozy bar 50 yards away at bottom of slope.

Nothing wrong with the service but the quality is low. We arrived to find the room damp and smelling of chlorine. There were bugs in the bathroom. Being on the first floor made us uncomfortable leaving the window open at night and since there is no AC, the room got quite hot. We decided to check out a day early and got out of Annecy altogether. The location is convenient to restaurants but Annecy was not worth more than an afternoon.
