Excellente Etape pour une journée et plus si besoin. Confortable pour un séjour à la semaine.Situé prés de la rue Paccard l'artère commerçante de CHAMONIX.

Soggiorno di tre giorni con fidanzato e un’altra coppia di amici. Posizione ottima, esattamente nel cuore di Chamonix. La struttura, elegante, è però davvero datata: all’ingresso della nostra camera c’era la moquette, mentre nella camera dei nostri amici la moquette era ovunque. A nostro avviso andrebbe cambiata, in quanto la moquette non è igienica e trattiene lo sporco!
Per quanto riguarda il bagno, non è il massimo. Essendo in Francia, il locale del WC è distaccato dal resto del bagno, e il bidet è strano, non ha il rubinetto, l’acqua esce da sotto il bordo in ceramica… non è proprio top, anzi, è decisamente scomodo. Anche la doccia è vecchia, con il doppio rubinetto e si perde un sacco di tempo per regolare l’acqua. Inoltre, non si riesce a tenere fermo il doccino, ma bisogna tenerlo in mano, creando un certo disagio.
Il letto a due piazze è molto comodo, si tratta di un king size, però sono due letti a una piazza e mezza uniti, dormire in mezzo è un po’ scomodo.
Le receptionist sono molto gentili, ci hanno dato in omaggio quattro borracce, una a testa, dotate ognuna di un involucro per proteggere la mano dal freddo. Un regalo molto gradito e usato durante la mini vacanza. Le borracce potevano essere riempite alla macchinetta dell’acqua dell’hotel, affiancata da quella del caffè e delle bevande calde (gratuite!). La struttura è dotata di un parcheggio, ma noi non ne abbiamo usufruito e c’è la possibilità di fare colazione a buffet al mattino, ma non la abbiamo provata, in quanto abbiamo preferito provare diverse pasticcerie locali. Ottimi anche gli spazi comuni, c’è una bellissima saletta con pianoforte in cui è possibile rilassarsi. Prezzo top!

Hotel molt ben situat. Personal amable i eficient. Les instalacions ja fa temps que necessiten una remodelacio total. Llits incomodes, banys antiquats i moqueta per tot arreu, amb taques i arrugues.

Hotel super confortável, bem no centro, cama confortável, aquecedor. Único ponto negativo é os pisos serem de madeira e fazem muito barulho. Mas adoramos.

Уютный отель в центре города. Все в пешей доступности. Номер чистый и просторный. Завтраки свежие и вкусные. Также есть бесплатный чай и кофе. Вежливый и внимательный персонал. Нам подарили стеклянные бутылки для воды, очень приятно. Большая благодарность ресепшионистам.

Avec trois chiens et trois personnes, les chambres étaient parfaites. Petits déjeuners et dîners excellents. La dame qui est au ménage ainsi que la personne qui est à l'accueil Claire, gentilles, souriantes et très sympathiques. . .Merci à elles et à toute l'équipe. L'hôtel est très bien situé pour le centre-ville de Chamonix ainsi que les départs des randonnées.

La Croix Blanche is in a great location in the center of Chiamomix. The staff is super professional, kind and is ready to find a solution for any problem encountered by the guest. 10 and praise for the staff! I really appreciated the gadget they gave us, two very nice glass water bottles. The breakfast is super abundant and complete with lots of fresh foods and freshly squeezed orange juice above all. The only flaws and I'm sorry to say that the Hotel is a dated structure and should be renovated. The Wifi already doesn't work in the room on the first floor, furthermore in the room there are no sockets near the bed to charge a device. The hotel deserves a restyling. For the rest my opinion is super positive! Thank you!

천천히 걸어 7분 거리에 에귀뒤미디 탑승장, 과 브레방 케이블카 탑승장. 방에서 그곳을 볼 수 있고, 저렴하지만 만족감 가득한 곳, 방은 넓고 침구는 안락하며 어느 곳이든 빠르게 도달할 수 있는 장점. 주차장 이용료 하루 15유로, 주차장 접근에 약간의 설명이 필요함. 다시 찾을 것이냐고 묻는다면, 당연히 그러겠다고!

No complaint with this hotel. For the price, the room was great and not much could have been improved.

Nous avons gardé un très bon souvenir de cet hôtel, idéal pour se promener en ville et proche des gares et téléphériques, etc...Le personnel a été d'une extrême amabilité, et disponible pour tous les renseignements demandés
Nous étions très contents de notre chambre avec vue sur les montagnes.
Et le matin, Lydie était là pour veiller avec gentillesse au bon déroulement de l'excellent petit-déjeuner servi en buffet, abondant et varié.

Peut-être un changement de moquette serait appréciable. Sinon charmant hotel et bon rapport qualité prix.

Situation exceptionnelle, mobilier et décoration vieillot, chambres très anciennes, WC bouge quand on s'assoit dessus, le parking était payant
