Hôtel très chaleureux et agréable. Personnel très accueillant et disponible.
Restaurant à faire absolument : tout est fait maison, du petit déjeuner (mention spéciale il vaut 10 étoiles!), au dîner, le buffet de desserts tous plus délicieux les uns que les autres… l’accès au spa est parfait ! nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, et recommandons les yeux fermés !

Nestled not far from the center of Chamonix (approximately 10 minutes by bus), this hotel boasts a convenient location, with both the train station and bus stop just a 2-minute walk away.

The team was incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating, especially considering the numerous questions we bombarded them with daily. Their patience was greatly appreciated.

However, there are a couple of noteworthy points: Firstly, the room layout was quite unusual for me, with a separate toilet from the bathroom. The inconvenience arose from having to wash hands in the bathroom after using the toilet. Additionally, there seemed to be a sewage issue, as there was a persistent unpleasant smell in the elevator.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Chamonix.

Lastly, I must mention the restaurant, where we enjoyed an excellent dinner. Every dish was delicious and thoroughly enjoyable.

Wonderful family run hotel where the staff and owners will help you experience Chamonix. We had breakfast every morning and dinner most every night at the hotel - only had great meals. The locals come to the hotel for dinner…. I will do this one again.

Très bonne adresse, hôtel familial ancien, au charme désuet mais tellement authentique. Au calme avec un cadre exceptionnel. Juste assez distant de Chamonix pour éviter la frénésie et )à 5 min en voiture bus ou train.

La famille qui le tient a à coeur de le garder moderne et accueillant, ce que l'équipe réussit sans peine.
Les chambres sont parfaites, la bonne taille, bien équipées.
Le restaurant : une carte sobre, des plats de qualité un rapport qualité prix imbattable : une des meilleures tables de Chamonix. Fiable en terme de qualité.
