So near but so far

We had to rent bedding and towels for €26 for 3 nights ! We did not expect this because it said pillows and blankets provided and a photo showed a bed fully made up. It's 4 stars so we thought for sure towels and bedding will be provided. Why would blankets and pillows be provided but not sheets ? The blankets are not washed? Errggh. Then there is a dishwasher but no tablet? Just one bin bag and a small bin. No soap, not even a little one. No explanation about the barrier, we got locked out one night. So many little things that would not be difficult to fix. It's the little things that annoy everyone the most. Prestige and Privilege is too similar. Gold, Platinum etc is easier.

Endroit a connaître

Un agréable séjour dans un chalet confort 3 chambres. Il manque juste une épicerie sur place, mais on peut s adapter en conséquence.
Le calme et la vue, dans notre cas, sont un atout majeur. A retenir pour un séjour au pays basque.
