Great taste, great location, great atmosphere, at the heart of the Medoc vineyards.
A charming, welcoming old house totally renovated whilst respecting its heritage and story, nested in a large garden, in the middle of the Médoc vineyards, this is what Audrey and Thierry propose daily to their guests. I really enjoyed the calm, elegant and perfectly decorated house, with a combination of contemporary design pieces and century-old, historical furniture, perfectly curated elements that all make you feel like you want to live here for good. And once you try the bed, you really do: comfortable, warm, the bed and linen and the room overall offer everthing you need. Event organiser and artistic director in their past life, both hosts offer plenty of recommendations and anecdotes on where to eat, what to discover, who to meet to enjoy a memorable wine tasting… you are after all only miles away from Pauillac, Margaux, Chateau Lafite-Rothschild or Cos d’Estournel.

La Nuit & Le Jour is out of a dreamy French countryside setting surrounded with vineyards. The immaculate communication and recommendations, the unique identity of the house and how it has been preserved, the sumptuous French breakfast and the feeling of home as soon as you step in. The entire experience is warm and we felt special. However, the highlight of the entire stay are Audrey and Thierry the charming hosts. The balance between privacy and sharing beautiful moments with them was our cherry on the cake.

A wonderful hideout with the best hosts ever. The interior is just dreamy and cozy that you will feel instantly at home. Audrey and Thierry were fabulous hosts. They even baked a cake for my partners Birthday ???? we’ve had an unforgettable time with both, like you do with friends. Thank you for this amazing time. We will be back with friends ????????

Magnifique ancienne bâtisse au milieu des vignes sur la route des vins du médoc.. et décorée avec goût et pleine de surprises !! Chambres design cocoon, déjeuners faits maison , variés et produits locaux???? Et que dire de l’accueil d’Audrey et Thierry..ils sont formidables et aux petits soins???????? site web avec toutes les infos afin de passer un beau séjour ( activités, restos, visites..). N’y allez pas trop nombreux car on compte bien y retourner ! MERCI !!!

We stayed at LN&LJ for two nights in Sep-24. What an amazing find this was. Audrey & Thierry are fantastic, accommodating hosts and make you feel at home straight away. With very comfortable and generously sized en suite rooms, the property is truly a great find and a must book if visiting this part of the Médoc region. The breakfast was epic, featuring local produce from the garden (plums, figs and apples) as well as more typical breakfast items such as bread, cheese, yoghurt and cereals which were fresh and delicious. After morning one, we were super excited to wake up for day 2 for breakfast and we were not disappointed. We will be back if visiting the region again in the future and would recommend it to friends and family. Merci Audrey et Thierry !

My husband and I had such a wonderful time at La Nuit & Le Jour! Audrey and Thierry are lovely people and thoughtful hosts with an amazing aesthetic and an eye for little details. Each morning there was a delicious breakfast made from fresh, local ingredients.
The common areas and the outdoors of the property have plenty of room for privacy. After staying for three nights, we decided that we would definitely be back!

Audrey et Thierry sont aux petits soins. On rentre dans cette longère comme on feuillette les pages d’un magazine de décoration. Nous avons profité également d’un très bon dîner dans un château environnant. Tout était parfait !

I almost don't want to write this review to keep it a secret...
Firstly, we booked because it looked good and stylish/cool. But more importantly, we read "No Pets Allowed". Now, we like pets, just not where we eat or sleep!
This little b&b is grand - in style, cleanliness, warmth and service. An ideal place to be based to enjoy not only the vineyards of Bordeaux but also the coast and riverbank of the Gironde.
And if you need the ideal recommendations of where to eat, drink and visit, just ask Thierry and Audrey - they know!

Our short stay at La Nuit & Le Jour simply was amazing! We were warmly welcomed by one of the owners and shown to our beautiful room with a very comfortable bed. But not only had we access to our bedroom, but also to the B&Bs lovely breakfast, dining, and living room! We felt very much at home, enjoyed the breakfast with local produce, the local wine, and were very grateful for a lot of tips from our host Thierry. We can wholeheartedly recommend La Nuit & Le Jour if you find yourselves in the Medoc region.

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Nächte im La Nuit & Le Jour.
Die beiden super lieben Besitzer haben das Haus wirklich wunderschön und einzigartig eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Detail. Auch das Frühstück war wirklich super lecker, regional und abwechslungsreich.
Die Region ist wunderschön, super viele Chateaus, Weinberge und die Küste ist auch um die Ecke.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! ☺️

We had a fantastic stay, very nice renovated rooms! Perfect breakfast as well as very friendly and passionated hosts. The champagne is the grande finale, thanks a lot!!

Ce lieu est un vrai paradis. Au calme, charmante demeure dans un écrin de verdure. Je vous conseille le petit déjeuner (délicieux et varié) à l'ombre du prunier au chant des oiseaux. La chambre est spacieuse et très confortable. Audrey et Thierry sont des hôtes charmants qui ont à cœur de respecter le charme et l'authenticité de ce lieu. Nous recommandons cette chambre d'hôtes sans hésitation.
