O hotel foi uma ótima escolha. Localizado numa excelente região, com serviços e tranquilidade para caminhar, com várias linhas de metrô a 5 minutos de distância. Quarto pequeno, mas acredito que maior e mais funcional que boa parte dos hotéis semelhantes. A limpeza foi muito satisfatória todos os dias, os funcionários muito educados e disponíveis para prestar informações em inglês, inclusive. Há muitas opções de restaurantes e bares próximos, além de ótimas boulangeries. Voltaria a me hospedar.

Très bon séjour d'une semaine à l'hôtel du Leman. Prix imbattable pour le quartier. J'ai adoré la localisation, le personnel de la réception et du petit déjeuner, très serviables et efficaces, devancant même certaines attentes. Merci à eux. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, j'y ai trouvé plus que ce qu'il me fallait ! Une mention spéciale pour les biscottes qu'on ne trouve quasiment jamais dans les hôtels Français et des fruits frais ! Mon point d'attention concerne la chambre qui est un peu petite mais excellente litterie, j'y ai très bien dormi mais manque de rangement pour une semaine. La salle de bain ok et le kit serviette pour deux très bien, changé régulièrement sans qu'on le demande. Une attention particulière doit etre portée sur la manière de refaire le lit, en fait il n'était pas refait certains jours, juste la couette était remontée et ça j'ai pas aimé ! Oui les cloisons sont sonores mais les clients très raisonnables, aucune gêne durant le séjour. Encore une fois, le rapport qualité/prix est très très intéressant. Je reviendrai à cet hôtel une prochaine fois, plutôt en basse saison pour bénéficier de bons tarifs.

We had two double rooms during the 2024 holiday season. The rooms are in no way looking like the photos provided on Expedia, and I’m baffled by a 8.0 rating on Expedia. For $220 per room per night, this was definitely the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. The rooms were so tiny, dark, and low ceiling a tall person should not even try, walls and ceiling were stained, headboard and the tiny toy-sized nightstand and table were ancient, the mattress was so slanted to the middle of the bed your body would just roll to the middle, small 1-person 1-luggage elevator dropping you off at a dark non existing odd-shaped floor corridor about 3 feet by 3 feet at the most. The doors are crooked and have a gap above, hardly any outlets with some outlets broken, some rooms stink of sewer or urine, bathrooms are tiny to the point that your body is touching the walls, floors were not clean, there’s hardly what you can call a closet, it’s tight and tiny and dirty with a mish mash of different hangers, the thermostat is centrally controlled by the management, and the heater unit outside the window is horribly loud as a dump truck. What the hotel has got going for it is nice staff, good location accessible to subway stops and restaurants.
