The location was fantastic, and staff was amazing from the moment I walked in. Fast and efficient check-in, room was clean and bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, and the bar made great cocktails. I will stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

We were very disappointed in this hotel. We booked directly with Sofitel months in advance. We called a couple of times with small requests like distilled water for a CPAP machine and each time our reservation was cancelled. Took lots of effort and time to get everything straight with their 800 number representatives. Once at the hotel, the first room had only a shower in a tub- we had requested a separate shower in one of those calls. They did switch us to a tiny room with a shower which we took because mobility issues require a shower. But supposedly both our original and this tiny top floor (mansard sloping ceiling) rooms were ‘upgrades,’ But the most disappointing thing was the dirty housekeeping. The first night we found under the lumpy -and not fluffed -feather bed a pen and other debris! At that point we called management and they did come up and clean it up, but rather disgusting. Another nite the evening bedside tea and turn down service included a sticky cup that my husband had poured a cola into that morning. Not washed out or anything- just a teabag on top like this was a nice gesture. |Would definitely not stay at this hotel again. Very poor value for the money.

Fantastic location steps to high end shops. . The staff was amazing from the moment I walked in. Efficient check-in and concierge was very helpful suggesting cafes and restaurants. Room was clean and bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and the bar made great cocktails. Will stay here again on my next trip to Paris.

This hotel is simply the BEST!! It is in a superb location and walking distance to most major sites etc. Literally, two minute walk to Place de Concorde. Since it is next to the American Embassy, the little street has great security. It is a classic boutique hotel with the feel of a Paris fashion styling & sophistication . Rooms are well appointed and the bed is so very comfortable!!! Hospitality is something that every employee embraces to the fullest! The Concierge team lead by Antonio (with Thomas & Anais & others) are exceptional in giving musee, touring, day trip or dining recommendations. We love the hotel dining options....excellent breakfast buffet each morning with Jessica, & Stefano greating us! Drinks in the bar. Macron in F&B arranged another wonderful picnic in Tuilleries Garden. Thomas in reservations always ensure we get the right room for our needs and helpful in our room logistics. The valet staff go our of their way to help in any way. This hotel is such a wonderful experience that will make your Paris stay memorable.

We came for a wedding and brought our daughter with us. We thought the service was excellent and the room was great. Our only feedback was that the toilet was a separate room from the sink, so it was not practical for washing hands after. Overall, we had a great experience and appreciated the extra bed for our daughter.
