Das Restaurant Georgette ist die Geschichte von vier Freunden, die ihr Lokal nach der Großmutter eines ihrer Kumpels benannt haben. In einem schicken Bistro ziehen sie eine Kundschaft an, die auf eine mit frischen Produkten zubereitete Küche erpicht ist. Das Haus trägt den Titel "Maître Restaurateur", eine verdiente Position, die auf das Können und die Inspirationen des Küchenchefs zurückzuführen ist. Zu den schmackhaften Kreationen gehören unter anderem: Gazpacho von Roter Bete und Himbeeren, gebratenes Geflügel mit blauen Beinen und hausgemachtem Püree, Ceviche vom Muskelfleisch mit Ponzu-Sauce, Johannisbeeren und Mango, knuspriges Kalbsbries und Risotto mit Trüffelöl... Es ist fein, es ist schlau und es ist gelungen. Das Brot kommt von Jean-Luc Poujauran, einem der besten Bäcker in Paris. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die gut besonnte Terrasse.

All are friendly and the menu is not too big but therefore excellent selections.
The lamb was absolutely amazing. It’s not the cheapest restaurant but worth it
