Super druk. Ook op een doordeweekse dag. Koop je tickets voorhand. Dat scheelt. Er schijnt een ingang te zijn via een museumwinkel. Gebouw is imposant. Alles erom heen en binnen in isbprachtig. Erg de moeite waard.

One of the greatest collections of art in the world. A must see atleast once in a life.

Come prepare to wait in long cues, do bring comfortable shoes as well as light comfortable clothes, as the facility may have working air-conditioning it surely does not feel like it, with countless people coming through daily, as it is estimated atleast 35k daily.

A significant consideration is the attention to proper maintenance, while I imagine it's a challenging task, its an important need to address, proper stocking of its laboratories, an absolute must!

Other than what i mentioned, visiting should be almost mandatory. I enjoyed the collection, and plan to return. There are countless works of art that are a must see an experience.

Surely don't believe there is a collection more impressive, including the collection and works of Leonardo Da Vinci!

Beautiful museum but incredibly crowded. Lots of unique art pieces and art relics but if I’m being totally honest it’s a little boring and the British Museum in London absolutely blows the Louvre out of the water. Also there is no air conditioning so it’s really hot and muggy. I can appreciate the beautiful art but not for me.

Exceptionally long waiting time, despite having a booking slot. Not easy to navigate and no staff to direct us to the Mona Lisa. Very tiring with young children. But, my older daughter enjoyed it.

Beautiful museum with many must see works of art. One of the most chaotic tours of my life. None of the rooms are clearly marked, there really is no rhyme or reason to how you see the museum. It’s too big for anyone to give reasonable directions. while I did appreciate seeing some of the works, I regret going. Just too much chaos, not enough direction. You think they’d be able to address that with better coordinated maps. Their app doesn’t reliably locate you within the museum with no sense of direction. They really need to do better.

J’ai passé une excellente visite au musée du Louvre. Tout était bien organisé : l’accueil, la signalétique, et bien sûr, la richesse des œuvres exposées. C’est un lieu magnifique, chargé d’histoire, où l’on pourrait passer des heures à admirer les chefs-d’œuvre. Une expérience culturelle incontournable à Paris !

Amazing experience do visit once
Go straight for monalisa and then spend time till the museum closes
The maps are good but take the photo of the maps on the walls as they are more accurate
Get audio guide or real one or else u might not enjoy that much

L'un des joyaux de Paris. Rappelez-vous fermé le mardi, ce qui est différent de la plupart des autres musées. Ayez toujours une réservation et arrivez tôt pour l'heure réservée, en saison les files d'attente sont longues. Planifiez également votre voyage à travers le musée à l'avance afin de voir ce qui est important pour vous. Pour les habitants et les expatriés, obtenez l'adhésion "Duo". Partagez avec vos amis et vos invités.

One of the jewels of Paris. Remember closed Tuesday which is different than most other museums. Always have a reservation and arrive early for the reserved time, in season the lines are long. Also plan your trip through the museum ahead of time so you see what is important to you. For those locals and expatriates get the “Duo” membership. Share with your friends and guests.
