HÔTEL KODJEUE

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. The customer service is absolutely terrible. They never respond to emails, and there is no other point of contact. After they took the deposit for our accommodation, it took multiple attempts just to confirm they had received the money.
Due to the unrest in New Caledonia, we had to cancel our trip. While I understand that the deposit may not be refundable, they could have at least provided us with some options or communicated with us. However, after numerous attempts to reach out, we never heard anything back from them. This level of service is unacceptable and has caused us significant distress. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our experience with this hotel was nothing short of appalling. We booked our stay well in advance, transferring a deposit of AUD168 (~USD110) to secure our reservation. Despite multiple attempts to confirm that they had received our deposit, communication from their end was nonexistent for weeks. We were left in the dark, unsure if our accommodation was actually booked, which added unnecessary stress to our travel plans.
Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip due to the ongoing protests in the area. We reached out to the hotel in hopes of discussing the possibility of a refund for our deposit, but once again, our messages went unanswered. The lack of response and poor communication was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
Given our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The complete absence of customer service and the inability to communicate effectively with their guests is unacceptable. If you value clear and timely communication and expect a hotel to handle your reservations professionally, look elsewhere.

Situation magique, bungalow très propre, ménage quotidien ! Personnel très sympathique, lieu qui mérite d'être rénové, gros potentiel, les exploitants font ce qu'ils peuvent pour garder en état , il faudrait un investisseur qui cherche à valoriser l'existant, trop grand pour être rentable,
Ce séjour de 6 nuits fut vraiment un excellent souvenir comme tout les autres en NC lors de nos vacances.
Dîner excellent !!

Nous avons passé 4 nuits à l’hôtel Kodjeue, l’accueil a été très bon et nous avons très bien mangé ! Nous étions dans un bungalow plage très bien entretenue à l’intérieur, pieds dans l’eau, très agréable !
Nous remercions la gérante qui a pu nous raconter l’histoire de l’hôtel, et pour les navettes !

Super expérience à Kodjeue ! Je recommande les bungalows plage et la recette spéciale des crevettes de Flavienne !!
