Tylko lokalizacja jest atutem tego obiektu, bo hotelem tego nie można nazwać. Materace oszczane na maxa, brud na każdym kroku, łazienka to otwarty brodzik gdzie woda leje się wszędzie. Basen z którego nikt nie korzysta, bo to kolejne miejsce zasyfione. Śniadania tak monotonne, że na samą myśl już mdliło. Właściciele to wisienki na torcie: bufony, zarozumiali, gości traktują jak kogoś z niższej półki. Szydercze uśmiechy to ich wizytówka!

Najgorszy obiekt w jakim byłam w Europie.
Zapłaciłam jak za hotel 4* all inclusive z atrakcjami, a miałam tylko śniadanie. Śniadanie pomidor, ogórek, ser i wędlina najgorszej jakości i ciasteczka HIT. Na śniadaniu wszyscy siedzą ponuro i cicho, tylko uśmiechnięci właściciele, że tak z nas zdzierają. Materace osikane, łóżka stare, trzeszczące, łazienka brudna, płytki popękane, grzyb i smród. Lodówka chyba ze śmietnika, zardzewiała i brudna. Zamiast kołdry - brudna narzuta z prześcieradłem. NIGDY WIĘCEJ!!!

Opis obiektu nie zgodny z rzeczywistością. Bardzo brudny pokój, materac nie nadawał się nawet jako posłanie dla psa. Łazienka pod wszelką krytyką, wszystko stare, niedziałające, brak odpływu. Obsługa - właściciele to kolejna porażka, brak szacunku dla gości. Mają wszystko głęboko w ..... Nie ryzykujcie, są w okolicy ciekawsze hotele!

Ένα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο στην Κω το προσωπικό ήτανε φανταστικό και η εξυπηρέτηση τους άψογη !!!

Hotel 2* więc złotych klamek się nie ma co spodziewać, pokoje malutkie ale czysciutkie, jest basen więc zawsze można się schłodzić, obsługa bardzo sympatyczna, lokalizacja idealna, w okolicy sporo pysznych knajpek, na stare miasto spacerkiem jakieś max 10 min. Do morza jakieś 3min. Naprzeciw hotelu wypożyczalnia samochodów

Dla mnie jak znalazł. Spokojny,cichy i wygodny, duży plus basen i taras z leżakami na dachu. Dobra lokalizacja ,blisko do plaży i do centrum.Polecam????????????

Vakantie geboekt via Tui.. n beetje laat dus was er niet zoveel meer vrij in Kosstad. Wij willen graag een hotel op loopafstand van Kosstad.. Koala moest het worden.. We werden met de Tui bus op onze plaats van bestemming gebracht. Mwah, maar 2 sterren, zei iemand toen wij uitstapten... de man had z'n snob aangezet????. Maar voor deze 2 sterren kregen we een prima kamer, schoon, bedden prima en heerlijk ontbijt.. althans vinden wij. Inderdaad, de douches waren niet groot, de afmetingen van de kamers zijn ook geen balzalen, maar hé, wat heb je nou eigenlijk nodig.. In ieder geval ontzettende aardige en behulpzame mensen. Prima ligging. En dat maakte onze vakantie af. Het hotel gaat binnenkort gerenoveerd worden werd ons verteld. De badkamers zullen oa vergroot worden. Ik zie een derde ster in het verschiet????????.

Das Hotel besticht einfach durch das superfreundliche Service Personal, jeder Wunsch wird einem erfüllt falls es irgendwie geht. Die Zimmer sind sauber aber eben auch nur 2 Sterne, das Frühstück absolut ausreichend. Insgesamt hat das Hotel ein sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis.

Ein familiengeführtes Hotel. Der Inhaber und die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist liebevoll ausgestattet. Ich durfte Gepäckstücke deponieren, weil ich durch einen familiären Notfall nicht alles mitnehmen konnte. Das Gepäck wird mir nach gesendet. Herzlichen Dank. Das Hotel ist sehr weiter zu empfehlen.

Dobry , dwugwiazdkowy hotel z basenem, w spokojnym miejscu.
W hotelu, jak i wokół niego bardzo czysto i przyjemnie.
Odległość do najbliższej plaży to 150 m, ale nie jest zbyt zachęcająca do wypoczynku - kamienie i głazy w wodzie.
Natomiast około 20-25 minut spacerkiem dotrzemy do centrum i plaż.

The host was wonderful !

I really enjoyed our stay at The Koala Hotel, you need to remember this is a two star hotel and it's very competitively priced, let's get into details.
Rooms are basic, some are a little tired, but everything works, everything is clean and kept so by daily housekeeping, beds are really comfy with extra pillows and blankets in the wardrobe. Every room has a fridge, hair dryer, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with a shower, which is very powerful.
General hotel areas like the terrace, lobby, bar, restaurant and pool are all smart and modern and spotlessly clean.
Staff - this is the hotels best feature, it's a family run hotel and the staff are all brilliant, so helpful and friendly, it really makes your stay a good experience.
Finally location, this hotel is near the marina, which is quiet, rather than the very busy harbour and town centre. We loved that quietness and it's a nice 15min walk to the harbour for all the activity, and there are several restaurants along that walk.
If you want a great stay at a great price, this place is for you, if you want the 5 star Hilton experience, not so much.

Güler yüzlü ve ilgili personel, temiz ve aydınlık odalar. Kahvaltısı gayet iyi ve doyurucu idi. Konumu çok iyi, gürültüden uzak. Otelde kitaplık görmek beni çok mutlu etti.Tavsiye ederim

Aile hoteli odalar ufak ama temiz hotel personeli çok ilgili güler yüzlü mükemmel bir hotel , kahvaltısı çok güzel .kos meydana sadece 1 km uzaklıkta.
