Our secluded location by the sea, on the North West coast of the island, is in line with our concept of bespoke relaxation, allowing our discerning guests to relax wholly amid an idyllic ambiance of tropical serenity. Having said that, we are within a scenic 20-min car ride of the Capital, Port Louis, as well as a hop away from the major roads (Terre Rouge-Verdun) that connect the Northern region to other parts of the island.

We are pleased to know that you found your Luxury Suite spacious and well-serviced, and that our friendly staff contributed to your positive experience. We also appreciate your positive feedback on the food and our extensive breakfast buffet. On this note, our international breakfast buffet selection features Mauritian, Asian and Mediterranean corners with the aim of suiting the diverse preferences of our guests.

We’d also like to mention that, as per our luxury boutique character, privacy is core to our experiences. As such, even during times of high occupancy, the resort is designed in a way to ensure a blissful and uncrowded feel as many guests opt enjoy the amenities of their luxury suites, most of which are equipped with private pools, jet pools, and/or Hammams.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

We take note of your dissatisfactory experience and regret that you did not bring up these issues during your stay. Had we been made aware of them, my team and I would have endeavored to address each of them with a view to enhance your stay.

Having said that, with all due respect, I have to disagree with your comment that “nearly everything is broken or damaged”. Our team is constantly working to maintain and improve our facilities, and your comment does not align with the findings of our last weekly inspection. It would certainly have been helpful if you had identified the specific areas that you are referring to so that we could focus our efforts accordingly.

Likewise, had you mentioned your disappointment on our dining offers during your stay, we could have pinpointed the specific dishes that were not up to expectations and brought them up to our Chefs’ attention with a view to improve upon them. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and will review our offerings so as to improve upon their quality. On this note, I would like to mention that our four on-site restaurants offer a variety of cuisines, namely French & European, Asian, Mauritian and International cuisines. Additionally, our international breakfast buffet selection features Mauritian, Asian and Mediterranean corners with the aim of suiting the diverse preferences of our guests.

As to the private pool attached to your luxury suite, I am sorry to hear that you could not enjoy it throughout most of your stay. All our private pools are temperature-controlled at the generally preferred temperature of 28 degrees Celsius. Your feedback, however, implies that the pool water was still too cold for your preference. I only wish that we had been made aware of your dissatisfaction regarding the temperature of your private pool so that we could have had a chance to find a solution towards it.
