È sempre un piacere soggiornare all'agora palace hotel. Io sono andata x lavoro...e mi sono trovata benissimo. si mangia benissimo e tutto lo staff capitanato da Carolina e SUPER.

Un hotel come lo si vorrebbe trovare sempre. Pulitissimo, personale gentile e preparato, camere arredate ed attrezzate con tutto. Spassionatamente consigliato ????????

Tutto fantastico. Stanze molto molto grandi, colazione buonissima e abbondante. Servizio perfetto. Davvero molto bello.....unica cosa i corridoi sembrano quelli del film "shining"...inquietante. ????

Could not be better. The staff was beyond amazing. I became ill while staying in Biella and had to extend my stay by three days. I felt well taken care of by the staff in all respects.
The front desk staff, in particular Marta and Sophia, were exceptionally helpful to me. I was very grateful for their concern and care. Even housekeeping kept me well supplied with extra towels and supplies.
The room was bright and comfortable with a comfortable bed, nice desk and chair and well appointed bathroom. The restaurant served excellent meals.
The hotel location is next to convenient shopping. It is right across from a little park and adjacent to the Old Town part of the city which was fun to explore.
I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Dommage que l'application Netflix n'est pas fonctionné à chacun de mes voyages et que la télévision ne soit disponible qu'en italien mais bon nous sommes en Italie après tout ????

L'ultima settimana di agosto è stata piuttosto calda e stressante...niente di meglio dell'aria buona delle Alpi Biellesi e l'accoglienza dell'hotel e l'ottima cucina della Sartoria..di gran lunga la serata più bella dell'estate...

Siamo stati ospiti pochi giorni e ci siamo trovati in un ambiente molto accogliente con personale estremamente gentile e attento. Anche la cucina è ottima con personale di sala al ristorante "Sartoria" molto gentile e preparato.Assolutamente da tornare

Every aspect of our stay here was exceptional. Amazing service from all the staff we encountered - everyone was super friendly, could not do enough. The hotel is super clean, rooms were fabulous, beautifully maintained. Restaurant dining fab, delicious menu, super wine’s & cocktail’s excellent service. Breakfast bountiful, great variety available for everyone. Book with confidence- this is an exceptional hotel.
