Great location. We spent a fab afternoon drinking tea and then wine. Fantastic service in the bar and the toilets kept nice and clean.

Like any other 5 star hotels, it has beautiful rooms, lobby and breakfast. This review is really about its housekeeping service. I have never seen such outstanding cleaning and such attention to details. Every day we came back, the room is so so clean including the floor and carpet. The housekeepers on the 1st floor deserve a raise

Very friendly staffs and nice room and bed. Valet service was really good, location was very good too. Saturday bunch was nice but lunch wasn’t as expected, ordered a 79 euro seafood rice for two, it came with a small pot and few seafood, not even enough for one and the restaurant service was slow.

Tolle Lage, schöne und saubere Zimmer. Allerdings ist das Frühstück max 3 Sterne ich war noch nie in einem 5 Sterne Hotel mit so schlechtem Frühstück. An der Rezeption top Service, im Restaurant bzw. Frühstück ist das Personal eher an Busreisen und deren schnell Abfertigung gewöhnt, Service und Freundlichkeit bleibt da auf der Strecke.

立地はとてもいいです。
目の前の広場の大工事がとにかく残念…
広場が見える部屋を予約しましたが、景色も工事中で良くないしあまりにも工事の音が響くので中庭の方の部屋にダウングレードしました。
平日は早朝からかなり遅くまで工事をしています。
ダウングレードした部屋はテレビがつきませんでした。
またコンシェルジュに連絡するのが面倒だったのであきらめました。
建物内は豪華で清潔でした。
朝食も美味しかったです。
大工事さえ終わればとてもいいホテルだと思います。

Excellent hotel récent , très calme et situé sur la place da Liberdade. La chambre est spacieuse et magnifiquement décorée. Le petit déjeuner est varié et complet.
