El agua caliente de algunas hbs no funcionaba. Aún avisando en recepción no lo solucionamos y tampoco dieron otra alternativa, como cambió de habitación.
No hay enchufe para secador en el baño, con lo que tuve que utilizar el de la entrada.
El personal y la comida, muy buenos!

Las habitaciones son espaciosas y hay servicio de limpieza dos veces al día. Me trajeron un regalo de bienvenida (fruta) en mi primer día. El personal muy amable y servicial, me dejaron entrar una hora antes de mi checkin. A mejorar posiblemente el café del desayuno y la limpieza de las ventanas exteriores

Rooms are great, service was excellent, car park was awful though. There's no control in the parking. People are taking up 3 lots at once

El hotel es muy bonito, bien situado, las habitaciones son grandes, esta todo superlimpio, lo unico que no tienen ducha es bañera, el desayuno muy bueno y la atencion del personal superbuena y superamables, nos quedaron muchas ganas de volver

Very nice hotel. Staff is very friendly and warm. We loved the breakfast buffet. Ms Sara (staff at breakfast) was very kind, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We had a small surprise when we came back for the second night. We loved the stay and will return for sure in the future.

Non troppo vicino al centro, direi costoso piu del dovuto... 5 stelle? La struttura e le camere sono antiquate e anche un po sporche, abbiam trovato peli nella doccia e sinceramente mi aspettavo qualcosa di piu.

Excelente localización en la ciudad de Porto, con un excelente servicio en todos los aspectos.
El personal del hotel es de 5 estrellas, son amables, simpáticos, profesionales, cariñosos, te hacen sentir como en casa cada uno de ellos ????

We’ve much enjoyed our stay at the luxurious Crowne Plaza. The rooms, the breakfast buffet, as well as the very friendly staff, left absolutely nothing to desire. Truly, the guest is king! This hotel has a 5-star rating and deserves every one of it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Repas très bon avec un service au top, néanmoins la musique pourrait être un peu moins forte. Mis a part ça je recommande fortement !

Superbe cadre, très calme au RdC de l'hôtel Crowne Plaza ! Aliments frais de qualité et très bien cuisinés. Gnocchi aux légumes = 1 tuerie !
Petit Bémol : les prix ne sont pas à jour sur the Fork. Le menu est à 18 euros et non 13.

La cuisine est excellente et le cadre est charmant, les serveurs sont au petit soin avec vous et avec l'offre du midi les prix sont vraiment accessibles

Accueil et service impeccables ! Très bonne nourriture mais quantité un peu minimaliste, perfectible facilement. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Déco un peu datée.
