Una obra de arte para alojarte en Oporto.
Magníficamente decorado y muy cómodo en todos los aspectos.
Un jardín posterior pone la guinda a un alojamiento de auténtico lujo.

A pesar de que el tiempo no nos ha acompañado, el apartamento ha merecido la pena. La ubicación es perfecta, a 10/15 minutos andando del centro.

Very kind and warm host and a lot of space in the room with elegant interior design. Our room on the 1st floor is next to the street but quiet enough to sleep.

Edificio precioso, habitaciones limpias y decoradas con muy buen gusto, todo facilidades. Ubicación perfecta, a tan solo 15 minutos caminando de la Catedral. Supermercado a dos minutos. Atención inmejorable, recomendaciones y detalles. Volveremos!

Hotel bien ubicado ya que tienes todo cerca y a su vez está en una zona tranquila.
La habitación es espectacular y tiene vistas a un jardín muy bonito que a pesar de que no pudimos disfrutarlo, nos enamoró.

El edificio es increíble. Las habitaciones preciosas y grandes. Todo muy bien cuidado. El desayuno estaba muy bien y variado, todo riquísimo. Lo que más valoro ha sido la atención del recepcionista, Bruno. Nos hizo las mejores recomendaciones para comer, visitar la ciudad, ver los mejores atardeceres... Volveré sin ninguna duda

El edificio es precioso. Un palacio en buen ubicación, a escasos 5 min del café Majestic y fel mercado y a 10 min del ayuntamiento. Buena zona con un supermercado enorme al lado y un aparcamiento bastante económico en las cercanías.
Al llegar nos recibió un chico muy amable que nos explicó todo lo que necesitabamos.
Estuvimos en el apartamento superior varios días y el menaje de cocina es un poco escaso. La limpieza y mantenimiento debería ser más detallada. Pero estuvimos muy agusto. Volveremos!

Hemos estado de maravilla, al ser un Guesthouse, siempre está tranquilo y también hay que tener en cuenta que hay 8 o 10 habitaciones en total y nuestro grupo llenabamos 5 habitaciones. El sitio es precioso, tranquilo, amplio, ... y cerca del centro pero a la justa distancia para estar fuera del posible bullicio.
Yo lo recomiendo al 100%, si vuelvo a Oporto, si puedo, volveré aquí.

The room is spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the fine taste of every detail. The bed is very comfortable!
Neighbourhoods is authentic but at the same time close to every touristic sites!

une ancienne demeure rénovée par un architecte. un jardin au centre du bâtiment. des chambres spacieuses. Un endroit magnifique certes en dehors du centre mais à 15 mn de marche de tous les quartiers de Porto.

NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL. LA LIMPIEZA ES DEFICIENTE, LAS PAREDES AGRIETADAS, NO TIENE AIRE ACONDICIONADO, EL SUELO HACE MUCHO RUIDO, LAS TOALLAS CON AGUJEROS, EN FIN HORRIBLE!!!!!
LO ÚNICO POSITIVO ES QUE ESTA BIEN UBICADO.

Schönes Gästehaus leicht außerhalb des Zentrums von Porto. Vom Bahnhof gut mit dem Zug zu erreichen, allerdings ist der Rückweg vom Zentrum aufgrund der Höhenunterschiede sehr anstrengend. Zimmer sind Traumhaft, Frühstück ausreichend. Für einen Kurztrip absolut zu empfehlen

Un ancien palais joliment rénové et bien placé, voilà pour les points positifs. Passé l’effet whaou de l’arrivée et du très beau hall d’entrée, plusieurs déceptions vont s’accumuler malgré l’accueil plutôt sympathique du responsable des lieux.
D’abord les suites commencent à être vieillissantes : moisissures dans les douches (plusieurs fois évoquées par d’autres voyageurs), robinetterie qui fuit et mini frigo qui fait beaucoup de bruit et qui chauffe plus qu’il refroidit.
Ensuite, je vous conseille fortement d’éviter les suites du rez-de-chaussée (Grey et Black) car aux premières loges pour le petit concert du matin: des 7h30 micro-ondes qui bipe pour la préparation du petit déjeuner, aspirateur dans les communs, appels sur hauts-parleurs passés par les employés, ne comptez pas y faire de grasses matinées.
Enfin, arrivée l’heure de l’apéro, l’envie de vous poser dans le joli jardin vous prend, malheureusement l’entretien (tondeuse, souffleur à feuilles) est réalisé entre 17h et 19h -> timing idéal.
Bref un bel endroit qui mériterait d’être beaucoup mieux tenu, service à revoir !

Great cozy place, but it is a guesthouse. They do not have 24hr concierge, which means you must check in early otherwise you will get locked out. It is hidden in terms of signage.
But the rooms are huge, tons of space, large bathroom, balcony, and cute common spaces.

We stayed 3 nights at the Charm Palace Porto. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful, offering lots of suggestions for restaurants, shopping, and transportation. The hotel itself is a beautiful building in a non-touristy neighborhood. We stayed in the Deluxe Apartment and enjoyed having a private terrace and plenty of space.

Breakfast was slightly confusing--if you book the B&B rate, make sure to let the breakfast staff know so that you aren't double charged. Also, know that the hotel is not right in the center of downtown--the closest attraction is the Mercado Bolhao. While we loved the market, all of the other attractions are a longer trek downhill. If your group is older or has mobility issues, you may want to consider a more centrally located hotel.
