Camera piccola e un po' vecchia ma pulita. Bagno molto stretto. Non c'è l'ascensore. Non aspettatevi una ricca colazione.
Personale cordiale e disponibile e la posizione strategica e centrale.

Un hotel à la décoration un peu désuète. La chambre n’était pas bien insonorisée au point que nous avions l’impression que les gens qui passaient dans le couloir en parlant étaient dans la pièce. Sinon, literie plutôt confortable. Les employés de l’hotel sont très aimables et serviables. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bas de gamme par contre, avec des produits très basique (pain blanc, céréales corn flakes, jus de fruit très sucré) on aurait voulu au moins quelques fruits en plus.

Sinon l’emplacement est parfait et tout peut se faire à pied facilement.

Hotel semplice, datato ma pulito, personale molto gentile ma purtroppo con poco poco inglese, però tutto risolvibile.
La mia camera era grande, bagno con doccia spaziosa, micro lavabo ma sufficiente.
La colazione è molto semplice, caffè latte, tè, pane, burro e marmellata, un tipo di cereale, un paio di succhi di frutta, un piattino di prosciutto e formaggio...
La posizione è molto comoda, in prossimità di alcune delle tappe imperdibili di Porto: Carmo, Clerigos e Livraria Lello, bus e metro Aliados a pochi minuti. Tanti ristoranti di vario genere vicini.

Very nice hotel in the center of Porto. The room is a little bit outdated but they are clean and perfect to stay in the city center and enjoy the beauty of Porto also by night.
The quality/price is very high, very raccomanded.

É um hotel agradável, tem conforto nos quartos, é bem estruturado, limpo. O meu quarto era de frente para a praça, então tinha que ficar com a janela fechada por causa do barulho e ventilador ligado, nao tem outra forma de ventilação. Café da manhã é simples. Fica bem localizado.

2 stars for the location but the room was very small, old, dirty, and dated; with bare minimum amenities. The tiles in the bathroom weren't clean as there were 'small hairs' on the wall. Very loud as it's close to the party district, but it is in a very good location besides that. Staff was pleasant to deal with.

Excelente custo/benefício, atendimento simpático , quarto limpinho e enxoval cheiroso e boa qualidade . Café da manhã simples mas suficiente e tudo de qualidade . A localização é perfeita para conhecer o centro histórico… nota 100 !!!!

Regina took such good care of me. Landed there in a bit of a state. Had a rental car and the city was constructing a subway making downtown traffic very trying. Tom quite awhile to find the place.

Everything was good until check out. My card, accepted everywhere else, could not work.

Be sure to check this out as I spent hours with them looking for work around. Went to bank without luck, finally tried a street ATM and paid 11€ extra to get cash.

The hotel management not only reimbursed me that fee but discounted a bit more

The staff (a family business) also spent hours looking for a work around. Great location, great service and wonderful people.

You will do well to bill directly with them and try your card early to insure it will work.
