Me and my husband checked in and the guy who was checking us in had a horrible attitude. He didn’t even inform us that we can split the room into two cards. Upon arriving to the room we found it in complete disarray, the blanket had a man’s mess if you catch my drift. The floors were dirty. So I went to the office and he changed us to a different room. Got to the different room and it wasn’t as dirty but the phone didn’t work so we had to use our cellphone to call the front desk. We were supposed to get a discount but it never happened, don’t know if we will be back.

Terrible customer service. No respect for their customers especially during the evening. Last time I will be checking in through a Wyndham. I was promised 69.00 back as a credit and NEVER received it. Dirty sheets with several holes in sheets. Dirty floors and rooms.

The rooms are surprisingly nice for such a modestly priced motel. And they even have a microwave, a mini fridge, and I honestly really enjoyed the nice hot shower. If I had the money to blow, I'd be content living in a room like this. And I never see bugs or anything either, and they seem to keep the rooms reasonably clean, so it's becoming my go-to spot when I have to get a room for the night. Not only that, it's right by a bunch of gas-stations and restaurants. Not exactly the safest area but very convenient. And there's always some questionable, strange people out walking around here in the middle of the night but so far they don't seem to bother anyone and it seems like everyone keeps to themselves and minds their own business so I can't complain.

Lots of holes in sheets, towels had many stains, sink was dirty in room, front desk staff was rude and gave 0 f's that anyone had issues. Needs updating and new linens and some new better customer service attitudes.
