The Wimco is the best real estate company in Caribbean. We rented one week luxury Villa in St. Barth and the services we needed were really helpful. The concierge was waiting us from ferry and picked us to the Villa. We were 8 people. They managed all organisation perfectly. Thank you for your time and energy to make our trip easy and enjoyable.

This is our 24th visit to St Barths and we have always used Wimco to book our villa reservations. They’ve always been outstanding! This year we booked Villa Magnifica. Our concierge Marco Junod has been quick to help and answer all our questions. I honestly can’t imagine coming to this island without their expert assistance. Thanks also to their Rhode Island staff, Pascale Lord and Emily Whipple, who helped with the house and car reservations. We rented Villa Ella - A gorgeous property - but - unfortunately- we had so many problems -- though they were not Wimco related!
Wimco worked tirelessly to help -

The power ???? ????was out regularly
The mosquitoes ???? were so thick - you could not enjoy the property
The internet ???? was intermittent and slow and down for hours at a time - every days

Ella is a spectacular property - but may we suggest that the owner resolve the no AC in the living room/ kitchen - as those rooms cant be used at all with all the mosquitos ????
Our group of 6 was terrified to go into the kitchen or living room.

The road noise is loud - but tolerable and the view is compensating.

The views are mind-blowing - amazing
The housekeeper was wonderful
Matt - our indefatigable Wimco concierge was patient and beyond helpful with our countless calls about the power and internet outages

The property manager was awesome too …..

To the owner - we do understand the island is limiting electricity - a huge issue Im sure for owners - - but the current set up where there is no AC in those rooms now - means that no one can use the living room or kitchen when it’s hot - consider adding screens - we could have at least used those rooms.
There was no place to escape the mosquitoes- except to bedrooms which blessedly had AC - when the power was on

Villas are extraordinary. We enjoy being in St. Bart’s especially during off season when it is it not crowded.
