Le cadre est super romantique.
À 10mn du centre, nous reviendrons.
Certaines choses sont abîmées, comme par exemple les joints de la paroi vitrée de la douche.
Nous avons constaté qu'il n'y avait pas de savons dans la chambre ni à la piscine. Nous l'avons signalé, mais personne n'en a rajouté.
Très belle piscine chauffée.
Personnel agréable.

My room was moldy, after speaking with front Agent MORGAN AND AXEL, Morgan was very rude and refuse to give me a checkout receipt. I have the recording of the conversation and room but I can’t upload videos. my room number was 236! I was told a manager will reach out but no one has. this was in September!!!
Ils sont professionnel tout les deux ! L’hôtel es parfait ! Juste un peu chaud dans les chambre…

Premièrement l'accueil et le service de l'hotel sont particulièrement chaleureux et sympathiques. Nous avons apprécié le petit guide de la ville avec l'itinéraire à suivre afin de ne rien manquer, ainsi que l'aide concernant le stationnement.
La chambre bien que peu spacieuse, est très fonctionnelle, propre et agréable.
L'emplacement de l'hotel est idéal car proche du centre de Bruges et proche de parkings payants ou gratuits.
Nous avons opté une matinée pour un petit déjeuner continental et c'était excellent et varié.
Seul petit regret, nous n'avons pas eu de chocolats à notre départ mais nous n'en tiendrons pas rigueur ????
Nous recommandons cet hôtel et nous remercions le personnel pour son accueil !
De service bij het hotel is goed. De medewerkers zijn erg gastvrij. Bij binnenkomst kregen we een citymap van Brugge een lijst met restaurants ingedeeld per categorie en een door het hotel zelf uitgestippelde wandelroute langs de meeste bezienswaardigheden.
Voor een reservering bij een restaurant hoefde we dit enkel bij de incheckbalie door te geven en de reservering werd voor ons gemaakt.
De kamers zijn ruim genoeg en schoon. Wel is het iets gehorig vanuit de gang maar dit verstoorde niet onze nachtrust.
Le petit déjeuner, qui revient à 20€ p.p. est vraiment copieux et délicieux. L'hôtel est très bien situé, il est possible de se garer à proximité tout en restant proche du centre ville.

De sokken van de vorige mensen was achter de wervarming ???? de Kuisvroouw heeft het wc met een doekje opgekuist met het zelefde doekje het grond en ook nog de coffee glazen ik heb deze aan de receptie al doorgegeven ik zeg wil ook andere kamer maar er was Nieks beschikbaar van daar hebben we 1 dagje vroeger vertrokken ik vond erg het is ook Nieks van het prijs verandert we hebben volledig moesten betalen

Hotel: swimming pool was really nice and had a chilled atmosphere. Some works in progress, but was not an issue.
Service: front desk team were helpful and polite.
Location: 15 min walk to the centre of town. A few nice bars nearer (Oswald’s was a highlight). Bus stop outside which takes you to the main station in <10mins.
The bedrooms are very, very, very small, it is not easy to walk around the bed without bumping onto the surrounding furniture constantly. The bathroom door is designed in a way that you cannot fully close it, it's not a normal door, making it difficult to stay in the room when someone is using the toilet (or for you to use the toilet whilst your friend/ partner is in the room)
Location wise is OK, but it is still 10 minutes to the marketplace. There are so many other hotels that are closer to the market area and are the same stars as this one.
I would not recommend this hotel at all. We were very disappointed but also angry because of the conditions of their pool area.
I can't fault the young lady and the gentleman at the reception as they were incredibly helpful when we needed some help with dinner reservation.
