Hotel mit ca. 20 modernen und komfortablen Zimmern, Bar, Restaurant und Thermalwasser
Das höchstgelegene Hotel des Landes auf 3.500 m Höhe! Es wurde 1937 erbaut und 2014 komplett renoviert. Es verfügt über zwanzig moderne und komfortable Zimmer (mit WLAN, Fernseher...), eine Bar, ein Restaurant und natürlich Thermalwasser. Eine sehr luxuriöse Berghütte sozusagen. Die Nachteile sind die Kälte aufgrund der Höhe und die Anfahrt, über eine Stunde von Manizales entfernt, mit einem Teil auf der Piste.

Excelente experiencia, en su jardín todo el día los colibríes vienen y van... Puedes darles de comer en la mano y luego a la piscina termal. Es un lugar pequeño por lo que para pasadía debes llegar antes de las 8, para hospedaje con dos meses de anticipación.

Es un lugar muy bello y acogedor para quedarse instalado, por qué puedes acceder a todos los espacios, pero no vale la pena solo ir de pasadía, así no te metas a los termales de igual manera te cobran la entrada full.

A wonderful location, beautiful and full of birds. The grounds are well kept and the thermal pools are clean and well looked after. The service was great and friendly and we really enjoyed the food. Cristian was great showing us around and teaching us about the birds that could be seen in the gardens. I especially liked the open fire in the dining room and visiting the waterfall!

Incredible place to enjoy nature in tranquility, we spent two amazing days. Good restaurant and landscapes and nature to make contact.

Por tanto, sentimos que a pesar del incidente, el hotel no hizo algún acompañamiento, por lo que falta algo de servicio al cliente, y que como mejora, dentro del servicio costoso, al menos hubiese dado algún candado para proteger las cosas.
Carretera en mal estado y con poca señalización, al llegar uno no sabe si entrar o no después de no encontrar mayor cosa y luego de transitar la trocha.
