The Damn Carlton, not to be confused with the Ritz Carlton, is showing its age. Rooms are dated and dark. Broken security device. Both of rooms had Malfunctioning AC controller. No robes or slippers. No coffee in the room. The spa is nice, the massage great. But, we had to wait 20 minutes and go looking for the staff who were chitchatting at the restaurant before getting any service. they let kids in the spa who make a huge racket and splash around in the hot tub. Steam room was not working. They were out of towels and robes. Had to wait a long time to get a towel. Sauna is not warm enough. Water in the hot tub is luke warm and not filled to the top. I guess we can’t complain for $70 a night . The bell man is fantastic!

Estadía espectacular, equipo de trabajo al servicio de los huéspedes. Simplemente es Dann carlton. Siempre distinguido.

Perfecto para estadías por trabajo o descanso. El personal es muy amable, las habitaciones acogedoras, camas muy cómodas y desayunos deliciosos.

Es un hotel que se ha descuidado al pasar del tiempo y tiene una tarifa muy alta y el mobiliario y los servicios están vetustos obsoletos
