Kaldigim en guzel Marriott otellerinden biri. Calisanlar cok guleryuzlu ve yardimcilar. Odalar asiri ferah, guzel ve temiz. M Club odada kaldim, dolaplar ve buyuklugu bir otel odasi icin idealin ustunde. M Club Lounge'inda ikram edilen atistirmaliklar ve yemekleri de cok begendim. Ayrica, bira, sarap veya alkolsuz iceceklerde tatmin edici cesit mevcut.

Très bel hôtel, les chambres sont agréables, l’emplacement est parfait (surtout avec la Basel Card)
Très bonne salle de sport, sauna idéal après une journée froide.

J’enlève une étoile, à cause de l’accueil le jour de notre arrivée. Accueil très froid, voir désagréable (pas idéal pour commencer un séjour).
Nous n’avons pas essayé le petit déjeuner (un peu trop cher, mais compréhensif en raison du standing de l’hôtel)

I booked the Basel Marriott for Christmas. It was exceptional. We used Marriott Suite Night upgrades to upgrade to a junior suite which included breakfast. The breakfast was great and available every day, including Christmas. The M Club lounge was also included (both with the room upgrade and my titanium status). We enjoyed wonderful dinners there nightly and took great advantage of the free drinks and Toblorone chocolate. As it was over the holidays, the rooms were affordable and in inclusion of both breakfast and dinner made it very reasonable. I would highly recommend the hotel if you can get in when prices are reasonable. Thank you to all the staff who worked over the holidays to make our stay comfortable.

Schönes, gepflegtes Hotel direkt beim Congresscenter Basel. Das Hotel ist auch optimal für einen Städtetrip. Viele Bars, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in Gehdistanz. Sollte etwas nicht in Gehdistanz sein, hat es gegenüber direkt eine Tramhaltestelle. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, Fenster liessen sich öffnen. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war, dass das Personal nur sehr schlecht Deutsch sprach. Allerdings haben sie sich grosse Mühe gegeben, was wir zu schätzen wussten. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Location was some way from the old town but gave us transport pass that gave us unlimited access to the tram. Nice lounge and spacious suite rooms.

Accueil chaleureux et belles chambres. L'hôtel est bien placé et il est facile de rejoindre le centre ville avec la carte de transport remise à l'arrivée.

Marriott basel is a nice hotel about a 10 min tram ride from basel SBB station (2 euro ticket). Lobby has a cool light hanging from the ceiling, and a bar next to reception. Room was very clean (gleaming faucets!), and quite big. There was a sitting chair in a corner, a working desk, and a modern bathroom. TV didnt have built in apps but they support chromecast. They took my requests for late checkout and a crib, but they ran out of body lotion when I called at 11pm.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt an der Messe Basel.
Leider hat das Hotel keinen Parkservice noch eigene Parkplätze. Man kann aber für 50 CHF am Tag im Messeparkhaus parken. Aber während einer Messe sehr schwierig. Das Hotel hat schöne renoviert Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten die man braucht. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vom Brötchen bis zur Eierspeise hat man alles bekommen.
Die Mitarbeiter haben uns freundlich empfangen und umsorgt.

I picked this place because it was reasonably close, within walking distance of the train station. The trolley system ran right outside.

Good location, close to the city center and easy to get to.
It was very warm in the room, and the AC was noisy.

The only thing I could possibly moan about , it was very warm in hotel at breakfast and in the M club lounge
