Hotel muy bonito, y limpio. Habitacion espaciosa, cama comoda. La mayoria del personal fue amable. Desayuno rico y variado. Sin duda lo recomendaría!

Wir waren von Freitag bis Sonntag im Hotel. Man fühlt sich von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute im Haus wohl und herzlich willkommen. Alle Mitarbeiter von Check In über die Bar und den Frühstücksservice bis zum Check Out sind sehr kompetent, hilfsbereit, freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super da sich einige Stationen in fußläufiger Entfernung befinden.

Wir waren als Gruppe mit 45 Personen vor Ort. Es herrschte rundum Zufriedenheit: Die Lage, die Sauberkeit, solide Zimmer, das Frühstück, die Freundlichkeit - es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

The hotel seems nice but there was a lot of construction that was happening that we were not informed of until we arrived. Our reservation had been changed without our knowledge, and when we finally got a room it had a horrible mold and mildew smell. We spent 4 nights and reported the smell to the staff every day. Technicians were sent but looked around and then just left. My cousin was traveling with me and developed and eye and sinus infection from mold poisoning. On the last night we were finally able to switch rooms. Have reached out to manager several times but heard nothing back. Katie and the cafe workers were amazing. They are the only reason I gave more than one star for everything. Munich was beautiful but will definitely stay somewhere else next time.

Gut gelegenes Hotel, sehr sauber, sehr nettes Personal.
Wenig Platz beim Frühstück, aber alles lecker. Sehr laut in der Nacht durch vorbeifahrende Tram. Nette Hotelbar zu annehmbaren Preisen

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit etwas altmodischen Zimmern, gutem Frühstück und einem sehr guten Barkeeper.

Много добро местоположение, чисти стаи, любезен персонал. Имаше вода и кафе в стаите. Получавате и 10 евро ваучер, който да използвате за бара или ресторанта, ако изберете да не почистват стаята ви. Можете да оставите багажа си, ако пристигане рано или си тръгвате късно. Закуската беше 20 евро, ние не я опитахме.

I’m sure this hotel would be great but when we pre booked many months earlier then turn up on the day it was closed for renovations, we weren’t happy.
No notice was given. The alternative they gave us was their appartments across the road which was there cheaper accommodation and didn’t compare!
We decided to get alternative accommodation after speaking to the girl in charge and she said a refund would be available.
Weeks later no refund !
I would avoid this accomodation in case it happens to you !
You have said we have been refunded this is completely wrong. Our travel agent has contacted you and NO REFUND has been given !!
Please forward refund to our travel agent who you are dealing with
