Amazing experience!! The pilot we had was extremely professional and made sure we had a view of the volcano on both sides and even flew over it so we can see the lava bubbling. Woukd definitely recommend this company, although very expensive it was worth it! :)

Last minute flight to see eruption.
Professionally handled booking
And followed all the safety requirements due to the government state of emergency. needless to say couldn't fly directly over the eruption but we certainly got close enough to enjoy such a spectacular event

I thoroughly enjoyed my first helicopter ride. I'm older and walk with a cane and was worried about getting in and out. They handled that well. We did the scenic one and it was quite beautiful. The tour was cancelled on the scheduled day due to weather but they were very accommodating in switching to another day. We stopped briefly at a geothermal area with lots of mildly stinky steam as all natural areas like that are. One point to note is when you book, they need your height and weight. One person in our party weighed too much and was charged as a 1.5 person. This is understandable and was told to us when we booked. So there were 4 of us plus the pilot on our flight. The pilot made the effort to circle around major sights so each side got a good view. Highly recommend!

I was expecting a newer helicopter to be honest, especially for the tour that we took as it was the longest flight path of (what we were told of 2.5hrs) ... we only flew 2h10 so another 20min would have been nice... they knew it was my 50th birthday but didn't do anything extra to make it more special... for this type of tour and the price we paid I expected more. In saying this, the experience was still phenomenal and I absolutely loved it.

Soy un escritor que vive en Islandia desde el 2013. Primero revisa la web del tiempo y recuerda que si pesas más de 120 kg pagas extra. Por unas 35000 kr puedes darte un paseo en helicóptero y aterrizar en la cima de Esjan. Hay tours que incluyen champagne Y el mejor es cuando el volcán de Reykjanes está en erupción. En definitiva: divertido, original y seguro.

Superbe expérience avec atterrissage près d’un lac à 400 m d’altitude.
Pilote très professionnel et qui nous laisse prendre le temps de choisir sa place, de contempler le paysage un fois atterri.

Iceland is picturesque, and our helicopter tour was truly extraordinary! From stunning Reykjavik views to mesmerizing volcano landscapes, every moment was breathtaking. Our pilot was amazing, even had champagne for us! The entire flight was exceptional, creating unforgettable memories. Throughout the arrangements they were very helpful and communicated well. Sadly weather meant our long anticipated trip was not going however we were offered a geothermal tour which was amazing. It was a bucket list wish to experience a helicopter flight and it was exhilarating. The pilot was brilliant, sun shining, hot springs steaming - fabulous my granddaughter and I were thrilled.

Iceland is breathtaking and our helicopter tour was unreal! Our pilot and flight was amazing and memorable!
Despite complications with our scheduled tour due to a third-party booking agency, Norðurflug Helicopter Tours went out of their way to accommodate our tour as we had limited time left in Iceland. Thank you Norðurflug Helicopter Tours for the experience of a lifetime!

Nous en avons pris plein la vue! Nous ne passions pas beaucoup de temps en Islande mais ne voulions pas louper de faire un tour en hélicoptère pour voir les merveilles geologiques de ce pays. La veille de notre vol retour, nous avons donc opté pour le Reykjavik sommet tour de 45 min . Une vingtaine de minutes de "vol guidé" avec explications de Gisli sur les sommets qui entourent la ville, puis une quinzaine de minutes pour atterrir et profiter d'une vue magnifique sur la ville. C'était une petite somme, mais qui valait le coup!
