Bellissimo hotel dove soggiornare... Situato al centro di Verona .. collegato con tutte le strade centrali ..a pochi km dall' arena

Piacevole accoglienza!!! Il sorriso e la disponibilità ti fanno capire appena arrivati di essere nel posto giusto.
Posizione eccellente su piazza delle Erbe, dove fino a tarda sera si poteva cenare e passeggiare. Grazie, ritornerò sicuramente!????

Questo hotel è sicuramente consigliatissimo per la posizione centrale, la pulizia e la cortesia dello staff. Essendo nel centro storico di Verona potete tra quillamente dimenticarvi la macchina, uscire dall'hotel e visitare tutto a piedi. È possibile arrivare all'hotel con la macchina per scaricare i bagagli, per poi parcheggiare al di fuori del centro storico a circa 7 minuti a piedi (parcheggi a pagamento). È necessario fornire la targa della macchina all'hotel all'arrivo per evitare le molte dello ztl. Dal piano strada all'hotel è necessario fare una rampa di scale senza ascensore. Dal primo piano a salire è invece poi presente l'ascensore. Le stanze sono piccole, ma fornite di tutti i confort di un 3 stelle e soprattutto pulitissime. Non hanno frigo bar, ma gentilmente ci hanno offerto delle bottigliette d'acqua e dei cioccolatini trovati in stanza al nostro arrivo. La doccia è molto piacevole perché comoda e con un bel getto forte dall'alto. Sapone e shampoo sono presenti, come anche il phon a parete. La colazione aveva anche un angolo per il senza glutine con biscottini e fette biscottate. Abbiamo segnalato una piccola perdita d'acqua in bagno, che è stata prontamente risolta entro il nostro rientro. Che dire...ottimo hotel per vivere il suggestivo centro di Verona.

Je DÉconseille vivement.
La chambre, dont la propreté laisse à désirer, n’était pas comfortable et pas du tout insonorisée comme décrit par l’hotel. Bouches oreilles indispensables si l’on veut dormir sans être dérangé par le bruit extérieur.
Par ailleurs, le personnel à l’accueil de nuit, ne parlant pas un mot d’anglais, était agressif. En voulant demander des infos on s’est fait crier dessus parce qu’on ne s’exprimait pas en italien. Tout simplement inacceptable d’un hotel accueillant des touristes internationaux. La seule étoile pour l’hôtesse à l’accueil de jour qui était pro.

I was with my partner in Verona for a short summerbreak and to enjoy the opera. We were so happy with that hotel. It is the perfect location. We got a room with a view and balcony and felt like Romeo and Julia not far away from the real Romeo and Julia balcony. All attractivities were in a walking distance. Parking was quite a bit away but all front desks described it in a way that direction could not be missed. All staff members were so kind and above all Caterina helped us to look for a couple of good restaurants before we even arrived. Other staff members helped us loading the car before we left. It felt like being with an Italian family. The lady in the kitchen served extra Cafe latte on their terrasse even when breakfast hours exceeded. All what seemed not to be ok in the hotel first got turned perfectly by that staff. Thank you again. If we ever came to Verona again this would be our place to stay again

Sehr schönes, kleines Familienbetriebenes Hotel am besten Platz mitten im Zentrum von Verona. Das Parsonal ist sehr ist sehr nett.
Und was für uns sehr wichtig war. Das Frühstück war einfach toll!

Perfect hotel in Verona, so central and a beautiful terrace to eat breakfast. We even got a glass of prosecco on the house. Great service, loads of tips for us as tourists and so kind staff. Would book here again!

Very nice hotel in the very center of Verona
Our room had a beautiful view to Piazza di Erbe. All tourism sights easily walkable from the hotel. Lots of restaurants and stores within few minutes walk. Nice terrace facing The piazza, good place to have an afternoon drink. Breakfast was nice
