Catalunya is into a very sever and unprecedented drought period.
Catalunya is since months into emergency state.

The situation is worst and worst everyday but you don’t care :
This hotel Spa has absolutely no concern about the fact that it's consuming 40% of the community water.

Don't you have any shame by acting like that?
I would stop consuming so much drinking water for leisure, for filling so many swimming pools and keeping the grass green.

Also you are part of the problem of delivering a non-drinkable water to the population.

Will you pay for the water bottles people need to buy because of your overuse of water contributing to the making of non-drinkable water ???

If I was in charge I would censure this shame by closing the tap and make you pay the bill !

Das Mas de Torrent besteht aus einem historischen Herrenhaus, typisch für die Region nördlich von Barcelona, die Gesamtanlage ist wundervoll gepflegt, die historische Substanz des Hauses stilvoll erhalten. Da das Gelände leicht erhöht liegt kann man herrlich in die gesamte Ebene von Pals blicken.
Extrem aufmerksamer Service. Danke für die entspannte und sehr erholsame Woche!

This place is a hidden pearl⭐️ Un lloc molt especial per evadir-se del dia a dia . A magnificent place to be (and to feel).
Rooms are clean , big and very cozy and the restaurant surprises you with an unexpected experience . It is a must!! Spa facilities are high standards

Nous avons passé un excellent réveillon du nouvel an, tant au niveau de la haute qualité du repas que du service exceptionnel pour ce genre d'évènement. Rien à dire. Chambre (suite) de très bonne taille, avec tout le confort, très belle salle de bain. Ambiance calme et reposante. Seul bémol le service en chambre (femme de chambre, groom, etc...)pas au niveau d'un 5 étoiles ! Personnel peu professionnel, pas attentif, non formé aux codes d'un 5*. Cela gâche le séjour et réduit la note. Petit déjeuner très bon, copieux, frais, personnel à l'écoute, très sympathique et discret tou en étant efficace. SPA pas au niveau du tout par rapport à la concurrence. Visité une fois rapidement, pas retourné, il n'en vaut pas la peine. Mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour l'hôtel et le chef en cuisine qui vaut le détour.

La restauración muy mal. La cena fin de año muy floja, alcanzando lo ridículo. Las campanadas fatal. En fin un gran hotel con un servicio exquisito pero deben cambiar el tema restaurante.

Has to be one of the best resort service experience I have ever seen. The only opportunity we saw was:

- Pool could been heated
- Breakfast the first day was a little stressful due to employees running around, not a good way to start the day.

El recibimiemto por parte de Susana del departamento de Guest Experience ha sido magnífico. La estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria y el trato del personal con el que hemos interactuado de Recepción, Restaurante, Spa y Desayunos ha sido muy bueno.

Del hotel y el spa aún no puedo hablar, pero sí del restaurante. Si buscas comer muy bien en ambiente tranquilo y agradable, éste es tu sitio. No es barato, pero el precio lo vale, la comida es inmejorable. El restaurante tiene unos salones y jardines preciosos. Cuesta no sacar el móvil para hacer fotos. Para celebrar un evento importante como un aniversario, es perfecto.

Mas de Torrente is a gorgeous property in a beautiful setting, incredible views of Pals and environs. The perfect base from which to visit Pals, Girona, Figueres, Cadaques and any of the northern Costa Brava, really! The service is impeccable, from housekeeping to front desk to breakfast to the restaurant (shout out to Marc, an incredible waiter and human being!) Food is delicious and reasonably priced as well. We stayed in the very secluded Natur Suite and couldn’t have enjoyed it more (well, it would be even better in the summer when one could use the pool, but having said that, it was still lovely last week of November with temps in the high 60s) Cannot recommend it enough! The perfect relaxing ending to a week in the hustle bustle of Barcelona. Gracias to the general manager for her travel recs and to all her staff. We hope to be back!
