Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni in completo relax. Eccellente pulizia in tutti gli ambienti. Personale gentile e attento. La collaboratrice Sarà di una gentilezza unica. Ci ritorneremo

This place is amazing! It is very close to the Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi and convenient for shopping. The room was the most comfortable room I have stayed at in years. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was nice with lots of hot water and great water pressure. All of the basic amenities are provided and the hotel staff is extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered an excellent start to the day.

Please note that Assisi is a hillside village. As such, there are a lot of stairs in the hotel. (I think we only saw one hotel that may be “flat” with a lift.) If you need a room on the main level (which is still up some steps) or with minimal steps, be sure to let the staff know ahead of time.

Rooms are comfortable and well maintained.
I deducted 1 star because the mini bar is hit and miss and although they will send laundry out, be aware that it takes 3 full days to get it back.

Must stay here in Assisi! I’ve traveled to Italy 3 times, and I have not stayed at a more friendly or desirably located hotel. Absolutely fantastic staff. They reached out to me the day of our check in just to remind me of the check in time limit. Denise was incredibly friendly and offered a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. When we checked in, she graciously called a restaurant she recommended and made a reservation for us. Check out was quick and easy was just as friendly staff.
Location is literally steps from the start of St. Francis Basilica grounds. It’s a decent walk up to the main piazzas, but great location for parking or checking in. Rooms were very comfortable, excellent AC, and very large bathroom space. Could not recommend enough. Buon viaggio!

Non è il classico hotel in quanto la sua conformazione è "particolare" dando la sensazione di vivere in un appartamento. La logistica è perfetta per visitare Assisi e non solo e poco distante è presente un parcheggio a pagamento anche al coperto.

Ein sehr modernes Hotel mit schöner Ambiente. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn ich wieder hierher komme, dann buche ich mir das Zimmer wieder. Liebe Grüße an das ganze Team von Sorella Luna.

Albergo piccolo ma molto carino ben curato e pulito. Molto silenzioso nonostante sia sulla via principale di accesso alla Basilica di San Francesco che si trova a pochi passi. Personale molto gentile e simpatico. Consigliatissimo!!

Una coccola vicino alla basilica di San Francesco.
Hotel molto curato, camere pulite e bagno con ogni confort.
Possibilità di fare colazione sulla terrazza che si affaccia alla via principale del borgo.

L’hotel si trova vicinissimo alla basilica di San Francesco, camere pulite, servizi eccellenti, personale molto cordiale, gentile e disponibile, ottima anche la colazione…ci siamo trovati molto bene, consigliatissimo!!!

Piccolo albergo in centro storico, proprio a due passi dalla basilica di San Francesco, gestito da personale giovane e gentile.
Stanze non enormi ma confortevoli, ottimi bagni nuovi e ristrutturati.
Alcune stanze con un panorama bellissimo sulla valle.
La colazione è nella media.
È a disposizione la guida di Rick Steves, che i nostri ospiti americani hanno molto apprezzato.
