Le charme d’une maison d’hôtes véritable et authentique (16eme siècle) à la décoration classique, un accueil chaleureux du propriétaire, un emplacement idéal au cœur de la vieille ville de Lucca. Le parking couvert et fermé situé à 3’ à pied est une option indispensable.

La Bohème was a wonderful place for our short (one night) stay in Lucca. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating, and they were very communicative as we approached the date of our stay. The location was perfect, no more than a few minute walk to a lively town square and plenty of restaurants.
Our room was clean and had plenty of space to spread out suitcases. The heat didn't work all that well, but we still found it plenty comfortable to sleep (outside temperatures were in the 40s (Fahrenheit). Our kind bed was quite comfortable.
Breakfast absolutely exceeded our expectations. They provided a typical Italian spread (cold cuts, cheeses, fruits, yogurt, breads) but were also at the ready to cook up eggs if desired.
Would absolutely recommend this B&B for a trip to Lucca.

- [ ] After our recent stay, which was our third visit, I can safely say all continues to impress at B&B La Boheme! The staff, Deborah, Chiara and Lisa, were very attentive and helpful in every way, from serving a wonderful breakfast, calling for taxis, making restaurant reservations, daily room cleaning, etc! As other guests have stated, the location is excellent, situated in the heart of this wonderful city, with the major attractions only a short walk away. If we’re fortunate enough to return to Lucca again in a few years, La Boheme will be our choice for accommodations! Highly recommend.

La Bohème is one of the best Bed and Breakfast I've ever stayed in. Not just because it's extremely clean, well-located, and the accommodations are cozy. What makes La Bohème special is the hospitality and friendliness of the couple Marco and Deborah. If you're going to Lucca, stay at La Bohème.

- Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans un garage fermé (moyennant un supplément, situé à 300 mètres de lhotel)
- un accueil de grand qualité. La femme qui nous a accueilli nous a conduit jusqu'au garage pour garer la voiture, nous a donné des conseils de visites. Nous avons pu laisser la voiture au garage un peu plus de temps que prevu le dernier jour avant de repartir
- bonne literie
- décor romantique
- un petit-déjeuner copieux et de bon goût.

A lovely first night in Lucca with my partner. The staff are fabulous, and put up with my terrible Italian, even though they spoke perfect English!
The location is good - right in the middle of the walled city. It's easy to get about on foot. The breakfast was lovely; cold cuts, pastries, coffee, eggs, all provided with nice conversation and a smile.
Our room was I think their cheapest category, but it was fine. Very clean, and everything we needed - including a nice welcome bottle of water on a very hot day. Folks were very helpful, and they offered to let us store our luggage until we could check in to our longer stay apartment.
I would recommend La Boheme to anyone; I think it might be especially well suited for young couples looking to explore Lucca. It's up a single flight of stairs, so be aware of that, but it's easy (lots of stairs in Lucca in general... this is easier than most).

My son and I shared a small but beautiful room for a nice long stay. We enjoyed wonderful breakfasts, nice conversation with other guests and always came back to a room that had been cleaned. AC and WiFi were terrific and there is a garage if you bring a car or bike. We thoroughly enjoyed Deborah who greeted us every morning and remembered what hot beverages we drank.
We found the location to be perfect, in the heart of the city but without a lot of noise. The good restaurants were close and I highly recommend Pizzeria da Felice for pizza and Strabuono for a great sandwich- if starving- add some amazing french fries for a quick lunch.
We look forward to another visit and would definitely stay at La Boheme.

Execellent location that is right in the middle of Lucca. You are only walks away from all the attractions and dining options in the city. The hosts were wonderful and they answer your answer quickly through messages. I highly recommend La Boheme B&B in Lucca.

Sono stato a fine 2022 in questo bed & breakfast e mi sono trovato benissimo, sia per la cortesia del personale che per l'ambiente che conserva il meraviglioso sapore di antico dei palazzi di Lucca. La camera era spaziosa ed accogliente, come pure il bagno. Nonostante il numero limitato delle stanze e quindi degli ospiti, il buffet della colazione è abbastanza vario. I dintorni poi sono stupendi, essendo all'interno delle mura.

B&B eccellente, oltre le aspettative.
Situato nel cuore di Lucca ti accoglie un ambiente raffinato, curato nel dettaglio e pulito. La colazione è varia dolce salato come in un albergo (anche meglio). Le camere sono bellissime e spaziose. Parcheggio a pochi passi!

Se passate da Lucca soggiornare a La Bohème sarà una splendida coccola.
